  1. i hope they do the tz-haar people next, just imagine what the new jad would look like =P~ =P~ I'd love to see the new TzTok-Jad if they updated his graphics, especially after seeing the new kalphite queen. Come to think of it I believe they've done most of the free player monsters if not them all already. So they'll be moving to the members worlds probably from here on! =D>
  2. \ That poor dog looks like it wants to get ahold of some type of sharp object, and shove it up her nose. Which one?  Anyway, I fully agree with what everyone has said here. These celebrities are really getting out of hand, especially when more useful news is cut short for this utter crap.
  3. Draynor village would be my favorite.
  4. Doubtful, but quite a possibility. I really hope that your right though. The only fun place to train agility is in the agility arena, if it comes reasonably close/surpasses the experience of the wilderness course or even ape atoll course. Well, dang, this could be a life-altering update for agility! :D
  5. Heck yeah. Heck, whoever designed these graphics is quite amazing at their job. I look forward to seeing their work in the future! =P~ :D  Probably the best update in a long while (in my opinion) Edit: Man I love the glory recharge now. Incredibly fast and will save Runecrafters a lot more time actually making runes now. Doesn't make up for the ditch, but sure helps!
  6. You missed the picture where it shows the cape and the text everyone wants to see! Ah well. :P Congrats on 99 prayer, that is also going to be my next 99 skill. Best of luck on your next one!
  7. Congratulations, your begging level is 99. You can now beg for Blue Partyhats. :anxious: I gotta agree here. The last thing we need is a stupid rule like no begging. I'd much rather see the game improve content wise for everyone, instead of make a rule that only affects the few scumbags that beg. People will eventually stop begging and if they don't maybe sometime in the future Jagex should add such a rule. Just like real life, there is no law about "begging" but it could be something more along the lines of soliciting.
  8. Really I'm sorry, but, you have no idea what you are talking about. There are so many things wrong with your statement. "What if they hired more people, and actually started banning people. maybe having something like a total people banned count so that we might see how well they actually do." Jagex has been banning people since even before you were around. So don't tell me they should just "start" banning people. Jagex has time and time again said they ban at least 8,000 accounts weekly for stuff like macroing, either its true or not who can tell for sure. And really, is it that hard to tell that Jagex isn't doing so well when it comes to fighting these types of people off? And really, read the update called "Bots and real-world trading." You'll see what I mean. "Or maybe have an auto banner, so that as soon as a certain type of macro is started, it is automatically deleted." :anxious: :anxious: Once again, do you really think Jagex has the time and effort to ban all of these people? Take some time to read the rants forum. Never have I seen a non-automated ban response from Jagex. Macros can go undetected for sometime, it can be days or even weeks until Jagex finds a macro'er - even with their "high and mighty" anti-software. Plus, there are people which are a growing problem called Gold-Farmers, which are basically chinese sweatshop workers who work around the clock to earn gold and then sell it in real life. And as far as I can tell, Jagex cannot detect these people without others reporting them. For now Jagex is fighting a losing battle. But we'll see as time goes along.
  9. Just for saying something so stupid like a "yo momma" joke... You should be banned instead of muted. :P Naw but really, kind of dumb? I hope you meant on your behalf and not Jagex's, keep your momma jokes to ourself - come up with some half decent jokes that aren't offensive and you won't have this kind of problem. Instead of negative comments towards your "jokes" you might actually make people laugh with some half decent jokes. Or maybe just stay away from the comedic business.
  10. From what I read all the hype was pretty much blown away. Besides the glory items and maybe the sapphire braclet this update isn't all that great. And since these are in the gloves slot.. :-s :wall: *looks around* My friends I believe we have just took a great leap backwards instead of forwards because of this update. Well we'll see as time goes by.
  11. No, nobody deserves to be scammed or hacked under any circumstances. There are limits though. Jagex blocking passwords was a good step to preventing people from getting their accounts stolen, and I'm sure it already has prevented at least a few. But for the bank pin, I say if you know how to put one on (and I'm sure there are people who still don't know how to put one on still) you should be smart enough to not say it aloud, and considering you have to click on numbers to access your bank - I believe you'd have to be a complete idiot just asking for something bad to happen. Jagex has done enough security updates for awhile, really the only thing that will help these people from getting "hacked" more would be just to get a talking from their parents - because they ain't going to listen to Jagex except when they see the words "Free Player Update."
  12. Speak to Heckel Funch, Grand Tree, owner of the gnome cocktail ingredients shop (upstairs to the East). Treasure Trail Guide.
  13. The ditch didn't ruin pking. If a mere ditch "ruined" pking for you, well, you must have not been that good in the first place. When life throws a challenge at you, work around it. Or, in this case over it.
  14. Yeah really. Cut Jagex some slack, not everyone knows this stuff and keep in mind kids do play this game. Frankly I would rather have "stupid" updates like this, that actually TRIES to make the game a better place then all these stupid quests/small updates you people get so hyped up for and then realize you just wasted your time. Time and time Jagex is doing it, at least these updates will have a lasting effect unlike all these cheap updates we're having thrown at us. Why not do something useful like Jagex is doing right now? Whats wrong with it? Security is a good thing, it may be stupid how Jagex is implementing it, but it makes for all the difference in the long run. And for Pete's sake, people don't know everything, so don't expect them to. And finally, updates aren't meant for everyone, so grow up already and accept it. Stop complaining, sheesh.
  15. With or without a glory amulet they'll still be after you sadly. A kill is a kill to them, even if they don't get any material goods out of it.
  16. Edgeville is without a doubt the closest bank to the mind alter. Although somewhat risky here's what you can do: 1) Bank in Edgeville 2) Jump over the ditch and run to the west past the monestary 3) Enter the Mind alter, craft runes, run back to edgeville and repeat. Otherwise, if you want a safer but longer route use Falador's western bank, you run to the north and slightly west and then after you craft the runes back to the south again.
  17. The outfit looks very interesting. I mean the choice of gear is quite good but the result well look at the size of your head compared to the body in the first picture! It's bigger then your torso, which is kinda scary for a lady. I'd have to say maybe a 6/10 for the outfit, and congrats on the farming level. 10/10. :D
  18. It's just past the gate east of the lumber yard leading to the River on the Salve, if your heading past that area you've gone to far. The mine is near the Rag and bone man quest.
  19. Arzinian Mines or Northwest Brimhaven Mine Personally I'd go with the second choice, once you get that magic whistle and have acess to the fairy rings this becomes the best place to mine gold. Otherwise the next best would be the 1st choice.
  20. Gold ores. By far the only way to really "power-level" smithing efficiently. With the use of those gold guantlets you'll get a good chunk of experience. Although a pricey method, you'll be saving yourself a ton of cash mining those ores (which you are) So it should work real well. :D
  21. To my knowledge I have never heard of anyone trying to use magic on the KQ. Range isn't nearly as affective as it should be - come to think of it it's completely useless on the second form anyway. So yeah, your prettty much stuck with veracs pal. Or, what you could do which would be your only alternative is to get kalphites as a slayer task, equip a black mask and then go whoop some kalphite's [wagon]. :P Strangely enough the black mask enables you to hit through the kalphite queen's prayer, so it works better then veracs depending on your levels. Have fun KQing!
  22. It's good that you mean well. But the thing is you aren't going to be here all the time, and you can't know about all the parties going on. It's much easier for everyone including me, you, party people, and even the moderators to deal with a few small threads. Rather then one large thread filled with what would be tons, and tons of spam, pictures and old events. Plus, this place is to post events that you are planning. Meaning y-o-u and not someone elses. Edit: To add on what I was saying: Taken from: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=556305
  23. Pretty much seems that way. Begging isn't the greatest thing you can do on these forums you know.. Maybe read the rules section. And if people wanted to host a drop party, what makes you think they'll use your thread and not their own?
  24. Did you really just get one of each? Because I currently have three hats, seven pair of boots and two leg peices and no top.. But really, mbrun, this outfit is not worth putting the time into getting, by the time you collect the whole set you'll be able to make up for the extra 2 experience per log easily PLUS a hell of a lot more.
