i can hit 19 with 76 range theres a formula to figure it out to at 10/10 its 25% of ur range lvl and im not sure how it goes down but i think 1/10 is 20%

i wouldn't call a party hat an achievement for 3 reason the person could have gotten it as a drop when it came out the person may have found it after a person died they may have hacked/scammed it and if you did get it was cash then it would be an achievement but some still arnt

yeah i have noticed alot of people stop at 85 slayer i would too just because no point of leveling more i got to 65 and stopped since all i wanted slayer for was dusties and now im doing it again for fun

i think people going for 99 fletch are stupid why go for an easy skill everyone does do something hard and worthy like fishing or thieving

yeah still who has the them to get that much xp thats just stupid i can see combat stats getting up there if all they do is fight but like thieve and cook whats the point

its probably gonna be more dragon stuff like the claws, pick, and maybe something new but i doubt they'll make new range or mage weapons almost no point in each since it doesn't matter what ur range and mage bonus are the spell or arrow will never hit harder
