Ok, So i stopped playing RS about 1-2 years ago. (Since then I've played most MMO's; SWG,AoC,LOTRO,VG,EO.) But now that I am back everything looks confusing to me, the graphics are a lot better and the game looks generally better. But all the updates about trading and the Grand Exchange is confusing me. Could someone give me a quick rundown on the major updates in the past 1-2 years (If you wouldn't mind) as this will help me a lot. Thanks. Spicer001.

I found it out from Google. I do meditate frequently, it calms you down and relaxes you so much. Just breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and do this until you are hardly breathing when you are really calm,do it in a quiet place, you dont want to do it with music blaring out. I've also foun that it clears all the thoughts in your head

I got 105 Dagannoths (sp?) for slayer. I have seen they are extremely hard to kill for my level. Anyone give me any tips on killing them or lower level dagannoths.
