And newsflash buddy, they already DID ADD this update and how does rioting crash the economy? Jagex implented all these rules to stop RWT'ing and even if you don't care about it, Jagex has to. For all you idiots who're bashing about the updates, think about it this way: If Jagex didn't do this, we wouldn't have a Runescape for very long. You're stupid too.
