Jagex doesn't "HIRE" Player modz. They don't have to do anything. It might've been amusing to the Pmod and he didn't bother to report OR (this is the part I most believe happened) you could just be making this whole thing up because you sent a message to Jagex asking to be a Pmod and they turned you down/ you just hate Pmods/ a pmod temporarily banned you for rulebreaking. P-mods don't have to report 24/7 neither do they have to mute people because of you (general). The Mod could've also not done anything because he's tired of reporting everyone you (general) want him to while you have your own Report button. He also must've done it because he couldn't be punished because he didn't do anything wrong. Ah, yes. They're purposes are to be banning every possible rulebreaker in Runescape and not enjoy the game they onced signed up for to enjoy.
