The answer to the poll is a ridiculously obvious yes. Jagex has flat out said they are breaking rules. But apparently they are too lazy to do anything about it.

Awesome. A new slayer update. As someone who already has 99 slayer, but still likes the skill.. I might think about doing a bit of slayer for these new updates. Hell, I still need 3 summoning levels for 99. Kuradel. Hmm. Nope. Guess I'm not doing any slayer.

I see. I was looking at the combat level, rather than individual attack/strength/defense levels. Oops. :(

As you can see, the 10% bonus is only affecting the defense percentage. It's been like this for me for a long time. I've sent in a bug report, but no response for at least 3-4 weeks. Has anyone else had this problem?
