Mine is usually at friends. I just turn it off whenever I'm not in the mood to talk. Putting it in "ON" would just be annoying for me, I get spammed by annoying players who I've met throughout RS and just asked stuff or begged.

Oh, I had the impression sounds already existed by reading some of the replies. Think it's a good idea. Though it should be possible to hear for the owner only or, like it was said before, it'd just become "spammy".

The fact that whenever you change weapons, if you right click anything to attack (or do any action) it closes the window of options, when you "wield" the weapon.
