It's usually for older people (20-30s) not teenagers. It doesn't matter whether or not it was a first date, you could probably use it for a first date, just not usually at 16. Although there may be some teens it works on. I dunno, two of my ex's used to do that to me and i was 17-18. Gotta point the flaws on this out: 1) It doesn't stack (And if it did, Melee and Range do too) and farcasting is hard in F2P. 2) at the cost of your own hitpoints, not a wise move tbh. 3) not eveyone has 82/94 mage for effectiveness, the money for continuous use and F2P sure as hell has none of those traits. With that said, Using mage doesn't revolve around PvP, it has monster killing/slayer too, at which it horribly lacks.

I'd go Etcetera tbh. Sarim and Brim are easy to get to due to Explorer's Ring/Ardy teleport, while Etcetera isn't, and you can simply teleport to Varrock GE and goto the Spirit tree there, rather then using a lyre (Which hardly anyone use) or running from Camalot. But if you are only going to use those two spots: Port Sarim, for multi-linking teleports.

Speed Wise in EXP: Summoning. You can quite litterally get 99 Summon from 50 or so in less then 5 seconds making Giant Chinchompas (Its just going to be a while collecting charms, and a freakishly long Cost) Cost Wise in EXP: Fletching/Cooking. Nuff' Said.

Its normal for parents to be paranoid when your up later then them. Im 18 and they still have a go at me when im up to 12-1am. They think its best for you, but sometimes there just a little paranoid and over the top. best thing is simply sit down and talk to them EXACTLY why they dislike you being up late, if your still in school you'll get the "Its a school-night" line. James (im assuming your name is that anyway), Your brown belt in Karate right? then you should know that Martial Arts isn't something to be used as a full throttle force, only as a defence mechanism. I've done many different martial arts and most principle rules is to never use it as a weapon, but as a shield. Now, for the girl issue: Although most people (Glares at Latios) say it abruptly, it is true. at 12 you'll go through ALOT of mixed emotions due to hormones and puberty, Especally year 8's (you dont wanna hear the stories i've heard). For now you should simply enjoy your teen years because if you let it get to you at a young age it'll damage you through most of your teen life (Personal Experiance). As for Love, there is no "True Love". Its only defined as a moment of pure peace with a person you have great feelings for, if my words are too big I'll cut it short: There's no such thing as love at a young age" Throwing a hammer at you takes even less, be we wont antagonize that. ;)
