well recently i've started devolping a slight bulge on the stomach, or as some call it a "pot-belly". bsically i'm looking for a way to strengthen my arms/legs while working my "bulge" into a bit more muscle as myself and a mate are entering the defence force this June. at the moment, each day i do a 2km walk followed by 20 chin-ups and 30 sit-ups. is there anything else creative i can do? just in case its said no i dont own a Weights set, but we do have a local Gym (which charges a fortune).

its when you smoke alot ;) 110+ Combat (no summon) with a 90+ melee combat skill. 1700+ total ('cause lets face it, not everyone's rich enough to train some) 80+ non combat skill (excluding fm/cooking/fletch) 250+ Quest Points. 8-)

I'd say just be glad it wasnt a perm' mute. :| Though seems awefully odd to have this action taken towards you, and others. usually you should have the right to appeal to your crimes as does in court (though even though you killed someone you can still appeal not-guilty....doesnt mean the jury with think otherwise ;) ) by my understanding anyway. as for Canine, i'd proberly guess Jagex just jumped the gun a bit. 8-)

What? It requires a very poor system to run compared to the quality of the graphics. Requirements are one thing, actually running smoothly is another. I've owned three computers since 2001 and have never enjoyed Runescape running anything better than "modestly". All high-end machines. Tried swapping graphics cards, nothing. Then thought it was Java settings, nothing. I run 17 brand new HP computers at the library I work at. Kids come in and play Runescape all the time. The best they can handle is high-detail (small), and even that is compromising a lot. I can run it smoothly with a GeForce 8400GS, and it's not that expensive Im running it 100% on fullscreen with a Radeon 9200X (which cost me 15$ AU), and a 7 year old computer. :lol: i personally didnt like Summoning, but there have been some uses to it so its ore of just a tick to the annoyance. mostly little knit-picks like the in-game map (which i mis-click so much), gnomecopters and the Grandmaster Quest, only due to the fact players could make 10-20m on the first day, now you cant even make 5m from the rewards and its dropping ever so fast. -.-

Actully the very essence of Alcohol is a poison, but unlike your common household ones, It's fermented to give both taste but also texture to it and dull its concentration amount down. 'ello. it's about time i got a new looking sig for 2009 rather then my "random moments" sig in Forsaken's Chat. Basically im looking for one in a dimentional space of 400 px wide, 150 px tall. Consists of my name "Dark Aura" in one top corner and "The Light of the Shadow" in the matching side-bottom corner (most likely left for both) with an image of "Midna" from Zelda:Twilight Princess in roughly these colours from this wallpaper i found (green-ish blue and black): image is shrunken by the way. Avatar wise just a picture of Midna with a border. Pritty simple. Thanks to whoever does it! :thumbsup:

His rant is about the Revenants in F2P, not drowning the "Super Gower Bros" let alone RSC :| (Which most lost due to an odd 30k players using auto-programs in 2004, thats 4 years ago.) However, they are a bit overpowered in F2P, freezing spells/darts, Obsessive eating, teleporting as they die (in lv 40 wildy as well) and 30+ from a Ork? :-k I'm just glad they removed the poison damage from F2P, otherwise skillers and players would literally have a slow and painful death. :lol:

well i only just started drinking 2 months back when i it legal, i could have drank ealier but since my friends were drunk all the time and my old man would scull beers down it turned me off. So far i cant get a good taste, there ALL either too bitter or too sweet unless i shove an entire shot down without it touching my tongue. before alcohol i drank JUST Coke at parties. :lol: excluding that section of our story tonight: I prefer some finer wiskeys but only in very small quantaties in coke, so its neither too powerful, but i can still taste it through the soft drink, that and perhaps a few wines.

For me: BarrelChest Anchor: its practically a 230k AGS with a bit less power. Crystal Bow: at 180k per charge obliterates in terms of player killing and monster hunting, take it from me, its the ONLY range weapon (besides Rune c'bow for dragons) i use. :

Amen to you for liking firemaking. I am going for 99 fm just cause i like firemaking irl. People already call me a noob for wasting my time just getting to lvl 80... Last i checked; Pile-Jumping, tb'ing, eating, prayer, telepoting etc was just the same as it is now. you honestly think im going to NOT use prayer? i got this skill for a good reason and im onig to put it to use even if im labeled as a "Hethen" to pk'ing. 8-) and Pile-Jumping was ALWAYS there, you walk out from edgeville, you got 5 following you hoping that you dropn that "One" item your holding (for me, a DDS).

Wrong, Pope originally Tried making a new "Unofficial" Chat as Lightning had a lack of Moderators and he had multiple C-Mods Stationed, though some didnt like the idea because some selected (myself included) weren't original Mods from Lightning despite following both the rules and being Regulars to the chat others didn't like it, so Lightning closed it (for other and personal reasons) and thus Forsaken opened her's for us to use, with more Mods and more friendly atmosphere. This on the other hand is just a "Popularity" pleed after being kicked and banned from Forsaken's chat on multiple accounts of times, mostly for spam and/or rude remarks.

Wii for me as I've Always prefered their style of Games and Systems (And im a Nintendo Fanboy), go with the style of games you like though, thats why i chose Wii over X360/PS3

Depends. I know i couldnt kill someone but i will stop them by any means including non-fatal shots. they can kill themselfs later. even life or death i wont kill, but i'll reduce them to a neer-death state.
