That makes absolutely no sense. If you don't like PKers, wouldn't you rejoice if they stayed on a few designated servers instead of flooding the entire game? Quality statement right there. By isolating something you don't like AND reaping the benefits of their existence, you'd think everyone would be on board with these future changes... And to think it's 2008 and people are still stuck in the past... Too bad.

Wow dean, I came here to post this kind of thread and saw you already did, haha... Frustration to the max. A couple replies: That's a possibility, but the thing is, we have Visage on the list and that seems rare enough as it is. Dean and I BOTH got that, but it'd be a shame to drop an item because we couldn't get it, when we got freaking visages... :( Wow. It's OBVIOUSLY possible to get from them. People have gotten it. This is more of a thread about rarity and seeing if other people got it, etc. Man... ON topic: If anyone ACTUALLY HAS A PICTURE of a drop or something to at least keep us motivated, that'd be awesome...

It's a video game. I do what makes me happy and keeps me having fun.

Wow I've never seen these before. It's kind of weird how Jagex made the sailing skill in the first place, due to the amount of water and locations you can try to get to, but now to make the sailing skillcape with a musical instrument on it? Cool!

Hey there! Not sure if you remember me, but you used to come into tip it's (old, unofficial) vent, right? I think I remember talking to you a lot in there, I believe making fun of the ftp and the mining aspirations... but of course that was in good fun. I'm glad to say I knew the star before she was famous. :) Awesome to see you sticking with it, and good luck with the last 9 levels.

Defense. Hands down. Without it, you'd get ripped to shreds during most things (that I enjoy doing). With the other offensive skills, you could always go with a different one and do just fine. It's my favorite combat. With high defense, you get hit less, get to eat less, run less, and over all I feel, do more damage. I love def.

Personally I don't care for ftp. I believe in my heart it's just a demo version of this game, and for me, I will never play ftp. It's either members or the game isn't for me. With that being said, I don't feel any reason why FTP players shouldn't have skill capes other than the fact it's something they want VERY VERY much, and for how dependent this game is on them, it's no surprise Jagex would make it so that you need to be a member to get them. That's a good idea, but I'd say do the opposite. Give them the cape, give them the recognition, but then don't let them do the emote. Save that specialty for members.

This was worded very well. You'd just end up with the same 2b that you could have left with cash - but you wouldn't have had to risk the helms going down. I don't really know, personally. Anything that you feel is "in high demand" and could possibly keep up with the inflation, could EASILY go down for whatever reason while you're gone. I would just say keep the money as gold.

Well, I can't speak for other people, but I can speak for myself. 99 was my first skill. There are a few reasons. The main reason is that by far, it's my favorite skill. I love getting hit 0s while fighting dangerous monsters. It comes in handy every single day that I play this game, unlike other skills. It was easy to train, I mean, you just swing the weapon for long enough and it will happen. I still to this day wear my defense cape even though I have 5 other skillcapes, just because it was my first and favorite. The looks, respect, emote and all those other things don't really effect me at all.

Personally, I don't like godswords. I'm a hardcore DFS/Whip fan. But if I had to choose one, it would most definitely be AGS. The SGS is great, it's got an awesome power with it, but with the unicorns, proselyte and 90 prayer, it doesn't seem to be most effective for me. Potentially hitting 70s with maxed out melees, although not common, seems kind of fun. Screenshots and videos galore. :)
