Other people are getting theirs but mine hasn't arrived???? Life sucks someone cry with me

I would like to order the majority of the parts I need on Monday, but I'm not sure where to start. I have a few questions, hopefully someone here can answer them. How hard is it to build a laptop? Would it be better to just order a laptop with the specs I want? Are there any good resources? I did a quick google search, but I'm not sure what I should trust. I have about $1000 to work with, but the less I spend, the better. I'm not really expecting anyone to outline what I should specifically buy, but if anyone has some recommendations, that'd be cool. I don't do any hardcore gaming, but i'd still like to get at least 30 fps on runescape. I'd also like to have this computer for a few years, so I don't want to buy crappy parts that will be outdated in a few months. Thanks

I've got 3 offhand black claws but those were converted in the change. No idea if the monsters that drop black weapons drop the equivalent offhand. Kinda OT, sold 10 offhand white claws for 850k. Yum. Yeah, claws are the only ones I can find. If anyone gets me an offhand black longsword, I'll give them 1m.

The idea of making untradable potions to 99 herblore is outdated. Superantifires are useless, you don't need any antifire protection at blues, and regular antifires work fine at metals. All four of those tasks should be skipped, anyway. You only need a few thousand extremes, 2k of each (excluding defense) will last a long time. Overloads aren't particularly useful, except while dungeoneering and some bosses. Unless you MH constantly, you won't need a ton of them. So just make 2k extreme attack, strength, range, and magic, then another 1k or so overload ingredients. Do the remainder of your xp with prayer renewals. Although I would recommend just unlocking the potions you need then making them in smaller batches, then fill out your xp with renewals when you get close to maxing.

Wouldn't let me summon it. Had to drop it and pick it up to get the normal options. First time I've seen this glitch with elf crystals.

Currently, robes aren't very useful. But they'll probably be worth it once eoc rolls out, if only to avoid losing tons of hp when switching to magic.

They just have 0 charges, like when you use up your rapier.
