Finland's energy is now supplied by 80% nuclear power, 10% hydroelectric, and 10% coal. We are in need of uranium for making the nuclear power, and would like to start a long lasting trade relationship with any country. We are willing to export timber, gold, silver, oil, fish, or grains. If we don't get anymore uranium for the next 2 years, most of Finland will be out of power. Canada and Australia: I will offer a peace agreement if you wish to sell my country uranium (not weapon-grade of course). The first class of trained army specialist have graduated, in about 5 more years we will have many units of highly trained soldiers, which will only attack if provoked. Finland scientists have obtained blueprints for nuclear submarines, although these won't be in development for several years. Finland has also turned out 3 new military jets that were in secret manufacturing. We have also begun another secret military project. If someone attempts to take Svalbard without Norway's permission, Finland will jump in to fight. If you're still looking for an island, try picking a small pacific one, such as Vanuatu.

Unless you really need the mining experience, use them on construction, smithing, or crafting. Any other skill is extremely in efficient to use your tools on.

TROPICAL FRUIT. Though I'm still importing large amounts of oil (at rather high prices, I must say), I've decided to begin installing hydro-electric plants along the major rivers, and wind farms on the plains. (With all these typhoons, I'm sure these will get a lot of use) However, I'm not generating nearly enough energy to power everyone, so I'm still relying quite a bit on coal and oil. I've restarted the mining of domestic coal (especially with the newly discovered mines), so I should be fine there, but oil... Public transportation systems are being improved and expanded. A HSR train now runs from Taipei to Kenting down the west coast, and also from Taipei to Taitung in the east. Subways in Taipei and Kaohsiung are being expanded even further, and many, many public buses now run through all other major cities. Citizens are strongly urged to use these systems, bike, or walk, but if not, it is recommended that they use motorscooters, which are already rather popular. I would do the same if something happened to the oil on the way to Taiwan. The food would be used mostly in the southern portion of the country, and would be farmed in summer and put away for winter. If you could develop a hardier version, one that could still grow at temperatures down to about 35 degrees Fahrenheit we would greatly appreciate it. We would, of course, help fund the effort.

We do not have access to nuclear weapontry but we could try out those balloon bombs that the Japanese (I am probably wrong on this) used, because they seemed to work amazingly. Also I did some research on power-sources and you are right Indy, we have enough. Sweden might make a couple more because of increased demand as alternate energy is more sought-after but not too much more is needed now. Finland has released a plan to start military training in several high schools and colleges in and around the Helsinki area. Copies of the art of war are in print for distribution for students in said schools. Classes for schools beginning this year have been extended by an extra hour to accomodate for the military training with out sacrificing another class. Students may apply for a pardon from training if they meet a strict code of disabilities (i.e. disabilities and disease). Strict codes are being set for academics. These codes are still under deliberation, but making sure that students maintain a 2.3 GPA or higher (by American standards) with courses with a difficulty of average or higher. Anyone failing to meet the requirements pay face taxation or retention. These codes won't be in effect for at least another year, and another year grace period to raise your gpa. Finland would like to ally with Greater Argentina in the case of attack from the EC. My council and I are deliberating whether or not to join the EC, and we ask for another 48 hours to make our decisions. In the case that we do not join the EC, we would like to avoid all-out war, unless provoked. Do I have control over Finland? I would be glad to attend such a meeting, so long as I'm on the computer at the time.

If Finland isn't already taken, I would like to lay hold of it. Assuming it isn't taken, and I have full control over it, my first order of business would be to construct an alliance with Sweden and Norway. I would propose that we help each other in case of attack in exchange for grain, scientific funding, as well as weapons for war. I would then increase the grain market in the south, where I would attempt to make atleast 60% of it grain fields putting out mass quantities of grain. I would also fund research into the lumber and mining industries in the middle and northern areas of the country. The far northern reaches would be used as a testing ground for nuclear and non-nuclear weapons, which would be created as Finland prepares for an inevitable WWIII. I would fund nuclear power and the research into nuclear weapons. My plans would be to bolster the army with funding, and with help from allies. Finland would industrialize greatly, but still have plenty of room reserved for gathering resources (wheat, lumber, coal, oil). Every man over the age of 18 will have to serve a minimum of 3 months military services, as well as taking mandatory courses in the art of war. Speaking of the art of war, it is mandatory for every able citizen to read the Art of War by the age of 16. Within a year, teachers will be experts in war, and will teach high school students atleast one semester of classes involving war. I will also give tax rebates to anyone that takes a non-mandatory training class or serves an extended period of military service (2 years+). All my funding will be funded by increased taxes on exported goods that we need (uranium, oil, food, etc). I will raise taxes on foreign businesses, unless they apply and receive a permit granted by myself to work with normal taxation. These taxes should hopefully drive out any unwanted foreign businesses. Cigarettes and alcohol will also be taxed, in hopes of people wanting to quit. Citizens that are current smokers, or intend to be smokers, will have to apply for a permit to smoke. These permits are easy to get, but with out it you are not able to buy tobacco products. These permits will only be available for the next 5 years, so as to prevent new smokers. Health will be promoted, and tax rebates will be handed out based on the food you consume ( as in the less junk food you buy, the less taxes you pay). My plans are that everyone will be ready for war, and will execute well on the battle field. I propose a truce with all neighboring countries, by water and land, unless we are attacked by an outside or inside force. My offers for alliances will be updated once I know that you guys are serious about an alliance.

You can mine about 1k pure ess an hour, so thats 670 hours. If you can mine for 670 hours, then go ahead. Just be warned that 670 is a long time (27.9 days to be exact). In the time it takes you to complete all of your goals you could easily gotten 99 mining, 99 smithing, and possibly 91 rc in less time. I don't know the rate you can smelt/smith them, but do steel plates, they're the quickest method for smithing steel. Maybe you can alch them with the nature runes you would make from 91-99 runecrafting? And then you would get 99 magic too. Unless you really want to be playing this game for the next 5 or so years I would just power mine and then pay for 99 smithing, but whatever floats your boat. They do but one fial about them they have a chance of reduciing range atk magic str lvls by 9. :( is there one that heals HP alone? Brews are usually used with super restores to negate the effect. Barbarian potions also heal hitpoins and act as regular 2-dose potions.

First ever full load of rune ore. Finished in 59 minutes 31 seconds, could've finished sooner but someone tried to crash my worlds towards the end.

Six days ago I sold my whip at 2.4m, about when it peaked, hoping to make some money when I bought it back after the crash. According to the graph whips appear to be going back up after a short drop. My question is will it drop again, or will it continue rising? If it keeps dropping I wouldn't buy it back, and hope for it to drop below 1.9 or so, but if it rises again, should I buy it back then maybe sell it at its peak? To sum it up: 1) Will the whip rise or fall? 2) Should I buy mine back or hope the price goes down?

Nope, mousekeys would make it tougher.

Basically, drop 2 vertically, move diagonally and drop one, move diagonally and drop one, move vertically and drop one. With a bit of practice, and I mean not much at all, you should be able to get this down to about the time it takes to drop 2-3 ores using other methods. Also, bring 4 of your best familiars, one summoned, and a summoning potion (which I forgot to put into the screenie). Good luck.

I like this idea. All I gotta do is get 3 construction levels and move my house to brimhaven : Thank you very much If you've done the holy grail quest and have fairy rings you won't have to get those 3 levels. Use the fairy rings to go to the fisher king realm, blow your magic whistle, run south to the gold mine, when you finish run to the tower to the north, blow your whistle, fairy ring to Zanaris, rinse, and repeat. If I wasn't clear enough you could find a video on youtube quite easily.

It is better to click again. Usually after a few clicks you'll get a good number and get the ore/log/fish a lot quicker than if you waited.
