That said, the Dragonkin might try to do just that: intercept the power and destroy all the Mahjarrat at once (although I'm led to believe that the Dragonkin could wipe out the Mahjarrat even without the new power) then take the Stone and the Staff of Armadyl. And then we're boned.

Are the Dragonkins Glough's masters? Glouphrie could be Glough's master, but that would be only one master, not "masters". Maybe he meant Glouphrie and all the gnomes in Arposanrdra?

I don't think that's very nooby. The strength ammy has +10 strength bonus whereas the glory only has a +6. Its possible that your friend believed the strength bonus to be more important to the attack bonuses.

Since it was found in wilderness, maybe the Dragonkin are somehow related to Zaros? It was his empire over there so... Dragon kin+Zaros+some mahjarrat vs Mahjarrat+Zamorak and his armies(Drakan, Surok, Lucien(?) ) = Epic I think the dragonkin would be at odds with EVERYONE if such a fight were to break out, i.e. Dragonkin vs. Zaros vs. Zammy. Zaros and Zammy would have to join forces to have a prayer at winning.

Jagex made it very clear that they instantly perma-ban anyone who macroes. It sounds like some mistake. From the Macro-detection systems upgrade post:
