two skills in the twenties, several more in the thirties. low skill total. crappy items. (sorry, but im blunt. and its the truth.) youre 82 combat, but not a single skill 70+?? um, 5.5/10... needs a lot of work to be good. your range could definantly use some work.

thanks for the input, see, i hate the fact i didnt stay a bit more pure (i was 50 def for a long time) and am trying to get 99 range at as low a combat as possible. if i get 70 def ill be 95 combat with 99 range...if i keep 60 def ill be around 90 or 91... im not planning for pking, mostly staking for money and a bit of cwars for fun...if i feel the urge to go lose items in the wild, i take my pure... thanks again, i still havent made up my mind :-k ~gilf

ok, currently i'm 84 combat with 79 range. im not too bad in the duel arena, beat a lvl 95 who had dharoks and a dds. so... im going to be ranging lessers until i run out of arrows. ive estimated i have more than enough arrows currently to get 90 range. i have 60 def. i hate it, im not a rune pure, and im not high enough for barrows, 60 is an awkward level. if i keep 60 def, ill be 90 range at 86 combat, which would be nice. if i get 70 def for karils and get barrows gloves, ill be 89 combat. currently the best gear i could wear is full guthix blessed dhide, robin set, and any bow. is it worth it to get karils and barrows gloves, while going up 3 extra combat levels? or should i stick with 60 def?

sorry... im tired of ppl only giving good rates to master merchants or uber stakers... you dont have to have awesome stats or billions in cash to have a decent account...

lets see, when i figure your rating for stats, 1430 total / 88 combat = 16.25 then me: 1384 total / 84 combat = 16.47 so compared to you, i have better stats for my combat lvl. and since i stink at merchanting, i'd say having a 20m+ bankworth (green mask, 500k, misc. runes, over 100k iron arrows) at 84 combat with 60 prayer, whichi attained without -buying bones -ectoing (havent done ghosts ahoy) -pcing -gilded altars if i do say so myself, i have an above-average account. if your going to be so negative, look at your yourself first. did you expect me to have a phat set and a few buyable 99's? im going for one 99, range, i made all those iron arrows myself, and through a few months of hard work i bought the green.

i started runescape febuary '05, i have all the holiday items since rubber chickens, i love mine. stats: i find TOG useful, only did the quest for it a month or so ago :P about 20 minutes after that pic, i finished swan song and that bumped me to 60 prayer. bank: i was in a hurry, only screened the top portion, but that has the best stuff anyways. rate/hate/date/negate ~Gilf

Rare items are worth 1 gp :thumbsup: then why does it say "green mask: general store will buy for 6gp" when i go to a general store? giving up on getting a green mask when they jumped to 3.5m and i had slaved away at getting 3m... then trying again and getting 4m and they jumped to 5mil... then i finally got it for 18m...who needs money anyways?

i was thinking, theyre releasing dark bows and dragon arrows which require 60 range to use, previously the highest arrows that were fletchable were rune, and therefore members only. now that we'll be able to produce dragon arrows, will they allow f2p players to use yew bows and rune arrows? its a possibility. do you think they should? i hope they dont...im fine with using addy arrows when im in f2p and the operating costs of a f2p range pure would rise expodentially, especially as if it does happen every person looking for profit would camp at range stores and resell arrows for terrible prices. do you think jagex will update f2p range equipment with the new release? do you think it wise if they do?

depends... when everyone was anticipating the new jewelry, especially the new onyx jewelry, people thought onyxes would [bleep]e in price... i had 3 uncut onyxes and sold them several days before the update for just under 5mil ea...and wow was i glad when monday rolled around...cuz onyxes dropped, and with karamja gloves released they dropped even more... :XD: so its hard to tell, this time it might be better to wait though...

sorry, but none of those ideas win... mines the best... just bring a cannon (whats 600k compared to veracs, really?) and set it up right by 'fluffy' :D and then go to the ruins nearby where you cant get attacked... this method owns...

ok, sorry, i wasnt trying to be uber negative, its just that you seem to want to draw well, but without putting much time into knowing how to draw it better than just guessing where certain muscles are...sure that isnt everything but just your style, the awkward stance and the anatomy do not work. like i said, not trying to be too negative, its better than some ive seen, but if you want to be good, practice more. ~gilf

IMO it is. Range can hit from a distance, and most of the time take absolutely 0 damage. With melee you have a chance to die and lose your stuff every time. Also, melee has more high-level weapons, such as dragon scimitars, etc, while range's dragon bolts and bow is still going to come out. Range still has its risks...ask anyone who goes to fight dragons with range. i hunt blues all the time with my msb, and you have to be incredibly careful i always use safespots, but a few times ive gotten suprised running to pick up arrows, once got hit a 50...that really stank...
