Hi, ive played rs for a bit over two years, and my two favorite skills are range and prayer. ive never pced for my lvls, and i dont plan on doing it in the future. at the moment im working towards 80 range while i'm a member, then i need to live with how boring fletching is and finish my iron arrows. if all goes according to plan, ill go back to f2p after ive completed fletching my 120k iron arrows and attained 80 range, then ill train at mossies on crandor until 60 prayer then on lesser demons until 90 range. heres a few pics of my most recent lvls. if in the future i havent updated this for a few days, its just because i have a very busy semi-life... i'll try to keep blogging my progress about every other day... well, there are blue dragon autoers... i was ranging the caged greaters in the ogre enclave for clues for a few hours and i saw several bald and goteed accounts with names like 'xogheo xhe' killing blues and wearing black dhide...i hate them...

i was blackmailed into posting... dude, so far your doing fine...keep it up...do you get ANY sleep? farming is ftl...

good luck, you'll need every bit... if you have a reasonable amount of cash, buy a bunch of bronze arrows and go power ranging on ankous, some of the fastest xp in f2p... you wont be range based until 95 range :P

well, if your around lvl 7 combat and have about 23k in cash, yes. otherwise you shouldnt need to buy junk and unstrung bows.

well, i was 15 when i started, and i figured id try to make my character look like what i thought i would wear if i was ten years older and lived in medieval times. so i had long brown hair with long beard, light blue long sleeved shirt, tan pants tucked into the boots, brown boots, and pale skin...cuz i have pale skin : pale is ownage. over the past 2 years ive changed my base outfit many times, but i usually keep it the same for a few months... currently i wear black dhide everywhere so i have black short hair w/bangs, pale skin still, black short sleeved shirt (so the sleeve color matches the dhide), black bell bottoms, and black boots. i didnt really care what style of pants, im always wearing ranger chaps...meh...

god. i suck. 10/10 for the time youve played.

i do a bit of both. i like skilling and range, but its nice to have a pretty pile of cash. 8-)

theyve been dropping a lot recently... weigh how much you want it, how satisfied youll be, and how much money youll have afterwards to work with... some of my friends have saved for rares, bought them, are dissatisfied with them, and resell them...

wow. your stupidity amazes me. teach me your ways. :XD: back to the topic, as a f2p pure, you dont have many options. the best range att combination for you is green dhide vamps + chaps, coif, leather body, and power ammy, and maple shortbow. then wear whatever you want for boots/cape. i prefer not to wear stronghold of security boots on my pure because they give a -1 range and mage att bonus.

use bronze arrows. you need roughly 700k range xp, so if you hit an average of 3 damage per arrow, (which is still a low average) without picking them up youll need about 60k arrows, which, if you buy bronze will be quite cheap, around 1.2mil at 20 ea. (usually what they go for in bulk on official forums) hope i helped.

work on mining and smithing... i know its boring, especially when your a member, but its good to work on them. 8-) other than that, nice acc...and work on your spelling...

you gonna train in teh same spot as me? mossies for a little while til 60 prayer, lessers til 80, then a mix of lessers and greaters...

colorful... theyre like a f2p version of infinity boots, which are hot. but since i range most of the time i wear plain leather boots, because the stronghold boots give a -1 range attack bonus. :|

eh, i guess its ok. except for those noob rares. i guess ill give you a 6/10.
