  2. Tbh I have no respect for a level 3 skiller who gets 99 or 120 or 200m dg for that matter. Pretty much leeching the whole floor. Yes they cut resources or pots, but anyone can do that takes 30 seconds. A person needs to be able to pull the weight in a dg. You've obviously never saw Magnus DG then. All those small things added together can speed the floor up so much. Saves the killers having to do anything. Even just that 30 seconds, that might save 20 seconds per GD. As well as that, his level 3 combat lowers the monsters combat within the Dungeon. Magnus does merchant, and it is possible he might be doing 200m Fm after 200m Thiev. here is a video that show how he train it, i thought he does the thing, that a skiller must do, when a maxed combat guy doing this, it's just stupid i think http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGFZAi9J0Wc&feature=feedu I agree. Having talked to toad (the keyer in that video), he says pure kq adds 5 minutes to a floor which would be a pretty accurate description. Having super melees can be done by someone who has gated a farm patch while he does gds. A level 3 just slows down the team by not helping at gds. Being able to make super melees does not make up for the time lost. Basically level 3 skillers are over-rated wastes of time to have on your team if you're going for efficient dungeoneering.
  3. If the leaders see you dging often and you request a rank we may give you one. It does nothing apart from giving you the cape and vexillium.
  4. ohi missed todays goal by 320k exp, not mad b/c it was like a 1.2m exp goal.
  5. If money isn't the issue here you could have just said that and saved me a lot of time. Spend it on runecrafting.
  6. Great example there. Totally the same as the topic in question. 1) Pick a goal. 2) Attach senseless, irrational, and asinine requirements to the goal, that do nothing but impede progress. 3) ??? (Otherwise known as ask help & advice). 4) Don't profit, because you followed the worse advice possibly offered in the thread. Oh, and in response to the people who would inevitably insist that "he just wants to do something different!" or what not, [hide]http://www.myconfinedspace.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/02/unique_by_krash.jpg[/hide] Yep. When you go to help and advice, you should expect to get help and advice that actually makes sense rather than "oh yes i think training on gwd bosses with an addy scimitar would be good- you should use normal str pots to save money!"
  7. World 31 outside yanille portal. Ask for an open altar and people will tell you the username of a person. fill up your inv with bones and your bob with bones. the owner of the house will do the marrentills. you'll need 3,134 dragon bones for 83, but you save 3.3m worth of exp by using the lamps on prayer. If you can't afford the extra 1.2k bones atm, dont finish the diary till you can. If you do that and spend the exp on prayer you will save 3.3m
  8. No it doesn't. Trolling means to purposely annoy someone for you own enjoyment. If you think helping someone out and posting a much better training method or setup is trolling, you are incapable of being helped and should expect people to treat you like a [wagon].
  9. You mean where people post useful advice and the op throws it back in their face? I've never seen someone troll people by telling them to use the best methods available to them. People don't seem to even know what the word troll means. "In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response" So you're saying is that people post efficient setups and training methods to provoke the OP?
  10. You can't bank them, so if you haven't finished the tasks don't do them till you're 83 prayer (takes probably an hour or so - use someone elses house even if you don't like it.)
  11. You don't ss flick with ranged which is what the OP is using.
  12. You don't need them as will_h pointed out. You're better off using normal antifires and keeping supers for places you need them at.
  13. I don't often hunt frosts but thanks for the tip  Was under the assumption that you'd need super antifires for frosts. Ignore my previous comment.
  14. He has 51 herblore so kxbow is out of the question. Rigour would be a better investment than ccbow imo.
  15. Don't?
  16. use friend cc dung smith the can help you getting prom 2h Prom mauls aer allowed if your attack level is low enough In your case, it is not :P so yes prom 2h is mandatory for you. And a t6 zerker ring.
  17. You're 94 slayer and I assume you're going for 99. You will get enough charms for 99 (or a yak if you wish to stop at 96.), so charms aren't really a factor. It's down to money: 3.3m worth of prayer exp, or 750k-2.175m in summoning exp (depending on what pouches you make) Apart from unlocking bloods for dungeoneering (you already have), elite karamja task (level 86 (+5 stew)), effigies(91-93 (+5 stew) and probably some other things I've forgotten about, runecrafting has no real use.
  18. Just a note to all trying to access the clan chat: The "Dg sweepers" friend chat is closed, and the new "Dgs" Clan chat is the one we will be using for now on. I'll get jimi to change the first post to clarify this.
  19. 4 prayer potions 1 antifire and ee works fine and lasts the entire trip. Bring 1-2 sharks incase you get meleed by accident.
  20. I can only use them on skills over 80 for one lamp and 83 for the other 4. I dont see the point on using it on Rcing as that is a money maker, why speed up a skill that makes me money. My herblore is already 97, so I am not sure what leveling that will do. and I can use it on prayer anyway as my prayer is only 79. Runecrafting does not make good money. It's less money than picking mort myre fungi or pretty much any form of monster hunting. Added with the fact that it's extremely slow, runecrafting should be your first choice. You're 94 slayer. You will get enough charms for 99 summoning at 94-99 slayer. Prayer is by far the most expensive skill out of these, at a total of 3,335,000 gp saved. You already have ovls so leveling herblore should only be done when you have the money spare. Spend the lamps on prayer if you want to save money, runecrafting if you want to save your sanity.
  21. So that's why you were standing there and getting a [bleep]load of planks.
