I would presume so.

Simple question, when rushing floors 1-25 should I do complexity 1 for fast rushes or complexity 3 for more exp? Which is faster exp?

After thinking about it, the only inflation this will cause is from players panicing and buying out supplies such as dragon bones and potions. So if things do rise, it's probably because of people worrying too much about a tiny molehill in the runescape economy and turning it into a mountain themselves.

Currently i'm on floor 24 prestige 24, and getting very little exp per dungeon. Should I prestige down to 1 again so I can unlock higher levels?

What..? Mod mark has no reason to lie about this, and i'm sure that jagex can see how many players have more than 2k boots. The boots were so pointless to obtain i'm sure not many people have more than 1.8k like mod mark said. Think about it, getting 10k+ climbing boots would take an absolute age to get and they were never very good profit. Also, since the shop update you only had 100 per day or whatever. Nobody has more than 5k or even 1.8k.

The 404k was a fake, how are people believing that?

I have no idea what this will do to runescape, what I'm confused about is why people are going mad about it. Nobody lost anything, and the only people who seem to be rioting are people who regret they didn't hoard climbing boots. Oh well, get over it and move on.
