Does an increased defence level (defence pots for instance) work to avoid magic defence? Might sound a dumb question but I never experienced much difference when fighting

On my noob account (78 slayer) I can just buy a SS or ZS, not both. Which should I choose for general slaying (kuradal) ? I don't skip tasks (don't block them except for black demons either) and I have no access to exteme pots

I find it easier to kill with melee , if you melee it, it will use magic and melee attacks. Pray melee and wear ranged armour (high magic defensive armour) and you'll do fine. Pots (if you mean sara brews and super restore pots?) are barely necesary; I used to kill them with lobsters, you'll be perfectly fine with sharks

I heard you can get several codes at a time and you then insert them 1 by 1 once every month. Are the codes unlimited (in time) useful?

When you have low stats, you really aren't going to make easy money. If I were you, I'd just craft bowstrings or something like that. Anyway: watch out for the trial, you'll pay for 1 month of membership before you know it

Is there a maximum of credit I can put on my account? And can I buy up to that maximum with mobile texting? (or can I just buy 1 month membership with texting and do I have to wait then 1 month before I can get new membership?)

Also don't forget there's still the possibility you can just collect your own herbs. Many people seem to forget that :\ You can collect loads of them if you use for instance a cannon at aberrants. You also have 10 days of miscellania left

I always use a shortbow for faster shooting, why'd you use a longbow?

Why are all people impatient of opening their effigies? And waste all that xp for the sake of an unknown player? It's not as if we need all that bank space

I'm currently F2P so I can't test it out (yet) but if I bank an effigy, will I still be able to loot new ones from a monster? Can I, for instance, just bank 100 effigies and wait till I have the level to open it?
