  1. Money isn't the problem :P I think i'll spend more money on 800k summoning xp than on 800k ranged xp :P But yea, I'm 99 prayer ;-)
  2. You could try it with a coal or fire rune or something :P Sell 1 minimum, try to buy maximum and see what it gives :P
  3. If you're going for cash, I'd recommand Green / Blue dragons
  4. Get 2 more slayer levels and you have the ideal monster to hunt :P Edit: are you looking for best cash rates or best xp rates?
  5. Maybe off topic but marble burners are pointless, they have the same effect as normal burners :P
  6. I'm aiming to get about 90 range and mage, and I can't really afford Bursting or Chinning. I don't do money making, I just do some skilling, and spend some money on it, and my only really money maker is MTK. So I was thinkin with Slayer, I could use the entire triangle, so that way I level every aspect, while making some money on some tasks and not breaking my bank. You'd get more and faster xp if you meleed tasks and then use the 'saved' money on the real xp rewarding things like bursting :P Ranging tasks (let alone maging) is really really slower than melee'ing Would I make enough to actually pay for 90 range and mage that way? It's about what...close to 3m xp I need each skill. I'm not sure about bursting but you'll sure make enough money for ranging, just a few whips and you're allready there. And then I'm not talking about all the enormous other amounts of money you can gain by other drops :P
  7. Are you not reading what he's saying? He doesnt need a way to get more charms, he is asking what to do with the ones he already has... Anyways, crimson wise, it should be granite lobbs to 85, then swamp titans to 95 then iron titans to 99, along the way you can use pack yaks, uni's whenever necessary for your own need.. Atleast thats the plan im using, im sure someone else can give a more detailed insight. Wow I seriously misread O_O Sorry
  8. You already have titans, use them until you can use the unicorn :P There are better familiars but you'll get them soon enough ;-)
  9. If I were you, get 99 slayer and in the same run, you'll be getting 99 summoning charms

  11. I've never head anything that you shouldn't, neither does rs wiki says so; my guess is yes
  12. Ah, didn't watch your stats. I'd get 80 mining then :) It never does any harm :P
  13. concentrated gold superheating
  14. 100 gp per bar ;-) ? Nats are 200ea :P 211 (nat) - 91 (gold bar) = 120 gp 120 gp for: 53 magic xp 56.5 smithing xp (with gaunts ofc) Considering magic can be around 2 gp/xp for even plank make, smithing xp much more expensive than that, and the fact that you're training both at the same time, I'd call that a sweet deal. Oh I thought people dropped those gold bars, rather than banking them
  15. I'm indeed never going to do SW again :P But thanks for the comparison to other training methods :P it makes ranged xp quite clear as the obvious choice :P No your not seeing th egreater picture. (Roughly) 1.2hrs for 100k summoning x3 = 3.6hrs =300k summoning exp. Compared to 3.5hrs = 700k+ range exp Summoning is better is what they're saying. Training range is cheaper and easier IMO whether your training typically or chinning. Not to mention the difference between a range level and a summoning level can be alot more of a deal if your talking about unlocking bunyip, war tortise, titans, unicorn, yak, etc. Just using some logic, but in the end its up to you! GL to you. Isn't the point he's making that the time I'm saving is way bigger when I choose ranged than when I choose summoning?

  17. I'm just using my zeal from nomad's requiem (and I'm getting a few more zeal to fit a bonus or a full charm reward) I also calced blue charms (lava titans) vs crimson charms (praying mantis) and lava titans gave me 10k more sum xp (for 90 charms) :P
  18. I'm going to do Nomad's requiem and I'll be spending 100 points on either ranging or 90 points on summoning. I did the calculations and I have to choose between: 792K ranged xp or 98k summoning xp (blue charms on lava titans) This is a huge difference, huger than I can take to choose on myself :\ I want 93 summoning 'badly' for that diary but I'm not really sure if that feeling outweights the enormous ranged xp I can choose as an alternative. I'd like to know your opinions, almost 800k xp in a skill level 95 that takes me 1 big step near 99 or summoning ?
  19. 100 gp per bar ;-) ? Nats are 200ea :P
  20. Confirming the addy superheat rate, I got 90 bars in 5 minutes (which makes 1080 bars an hour)
  21. Basically, I'll be needing 75 RC to do this task. But now I've been reading RS Wiki and I read this: "Empty pouch can be bought from Wizard Korvak in the Runecrafting Guild for 50,000 coins even if a player does not have 75 Runecrafting, however boosts will not work for getting essence into the pouch. The Runecraft requirement is just for putting essence into the pouch. If you happen to be dropped a pouch containing essence, this task can be completed without 75 Runecrafting. " Especially that last sentence caught my attention. I can't find anywhere information on the drop rates of that pouch with or without essence. Anyone an idea if they're rare or not?
