How can you call the cape crap O_o? 500k xp (if your level is high enough) and a cape better than zamorak cloak (1.7m)

From 1 shot up to a few k of shots is the range it can explode. There aren't accurate data to tell how much firemaking is affected but I expect you should average at least 250 shots more each cannon at 99 than you can at 61.

Not meaning to hi-jack, but how many bolts (of broad and diamond) are suggested to bring. Like 1.5k broads and 100 diamond bolts

I find it very insulting and I always report people with SMD in their name, or when they say it. If you say that in real life to your teacher or boss, I don't think they'll be very pleased either, would they? Does your teacher/boss play runescape? :???: It doesn't matter if they play or not, it's the insulting part I don't agree with. Although I'm just 18, I agree with many adults youth nowadays has way too few respect and act like swearing and insulting is nothing. A little more respect to each other wouldn't harm, not the ones who read your name or text you type, nor would it harm the person who types it.

Still I would rather they checked through every report to be certain that the people are botting before they give them the BANHAMORZ :cool: Meh, it'd be pretty strange if I would spot them botting for the first day. Also, bots tend to play longer than a normal player (hence 20+ hours) + some actions (like these) are VERY obvious bots, I mean even a new level 3 player without knowing runescape would see they are acting strange :P

Merch clans are anoying but they do have methods to stop botters there are methods in the client to get information on where people have clicked Still many bots are still arround a long time after they're reported. I'm not talking about days or hours but about weeks. A 1 week policy to check reports wouldn't be bad.

Dont get 99 Firemaking unless its to get a trim on your cape.... its the lamest and most boring skill... It's the best and easiest skill in f2p + I had 300k maple logs from miscelania anyway

I agree some people think too fast people who don't respond are bots, but the "all chat off"-excuse is pretty lame. Except for HUGE popular people like zezima in the old days, people who do gwd bosses or jad and need full concentration etc there are barely people who use the all chat off function. Bots do turn that on, but only to have later on an excuse they didn't respond when you talked. I for myself see no chatting as a first hint someone's a bot. Then I check his click patern, most bots have a "constant" delay between clicks, though not all have. Another thing to see for instance fm bots is to mess up their lines and see what they do. Fm bots at FOG just start a new line over and over again if their line is messed, even when they only have 1 log in their inventory left. Mining guild bots are very easy to detect as when they run to the stairs, they never go them up by 1 click but they always run 1 diagonal square away from the stairs, then click the stairs to go up. A last thing I use to check if someone's a bot if he doesn't respond, though his clicking looks human is following him for like 5 minutes. Don't tell me a human wouldn't think it's weird if he sees another player following him all the time. In rare occasions, the suspected bot then says What? but most of them don't respond which gives me last proof they're a bot :P

Tbh do the new quest to get that soulwars cape. Free cape and very ownage

Just warning you guys but I heard there's a gravestone bug and people have lost whips, dragon chains etc. You might want to wait for a few days to do the quest

Yea, the 1260 logs per hour is a rate I got in full concentration. Sometimes I was messing up bots but then I was still doing 1237 logs per hour :P (just a tip as messing up bots is 1 of the noblest thing to do these days) Ugh, tell me about it. I've had to report two at FoG already =/ I had ~10 on my way from 98 to 99 fm :P

There is a familiar that give a +1 mining visible boost so you might want to use them later on :)

Depends on the bot they use and the botter themselves. And No random event will ever be complex enough that can beat a bot. Why? Because the bot have access to all the information in the game. All the graphics, the models, the id's for all the items. Bots were unable to fulfil the quiz (the one that gives a book of knowledge) event. Also maze events are unable to complete by bots. As long as there's no id but just graphics, randoms are great to stop bots.

It's an invisible boost so just faster mining.

1260 logs per hour if you don't mess any log, continue firemaking as fast as possible. Xp per hour depends on the log used
