I had monkfish at 35k xp per hour at lvl ~90. Tbh, do barbarian fishing (55k xp per hour with mousekeys) and then rocktails, that's much better choice.

Is that a recent update? Like 2 years ago I was f2p for 2 months and when I went back to MTK there were something 30k-ish maples etc in it (I didn't get my items the last day of membership but it surely wasn't 30 days of mtk'ing that were in there before i left members)

From this, we ascertain that: to be 95% sure you will get a sigil you should kill 360. to be 75% sure you will get a sigil you should kill 165. to be 50% sure you will get a sigil you should kill 83. I'm not sure how you got them numbers but I calc an average of 1 sigil ever 189 kills and my binomial distribution numbers also get other numbers :P. With my 1:189 luck I get: If you kill 80 corps, there's a 34.6% chance to get a sigil 120 corps give 47% chance 189 corps give 63.3% 360 corps give 85.2% :)

Make cannonballs with profit until you have enough money to buy the skill to 99. So you'll have a break even (moneywise) and a lvl 99 smithing.

If money is the issue, d halberd or bone bolt or something them in taverley dungeon :-)

I wouldnt say its the best "hands down", its the best at certain things ... But i would say keep it. Even if a new wepon came out better then the whip whats the chance you could afford it straight away anyway, you would probally still need whip for a while. If a better weapon is released, he can buy whip back for a cheaper price :P

Magic longbows of course ;) Well darts are better but I'm not sure about that cost.

Was your last log-out lagging like? I don't know of any such glitch but I CAN imagine (though never experienced) something could glitch if you just put in your items in G.E. then lag out and then maybe the system doesn't know what happened to the items so they could be 'disappeared'

When fishing heavy barbarian and using mousekeys with granite lobster, I got 55k xp per hour, though I fished with ultimate concentration :P

Lvl 3 slayer people were able to get slayer cape in shilo so there's a way to complete the quest as a skiller ;-)

Hmm quite a lot of your questions are trivial and are in tip it's herblore guide :\ Don't forget to search them before posting questions.. All ingredients have to be 3 dosed and the potion cannot be made with 4 dosed potions. They all have to be 3, obviously. Are those logs just from boss kills or are they including minions as well? I'm pretty sure they're bosses only :)

As barely anyone holds drop logs, there are no real results about drop rate. I've heard, for instance, dragon chainbody drop rate from 1:1000 till 1:20,000 at dusties. For visages I hear 1:1500 till 1:15,000 at iron and steel dragons. Abby whips can be anywhere within 1:100 and 1:1500. At these insane low drop rates, only results containing over 100k kills can be accurate. As no one is as insane as that to keep such a drop log, there are, indeed, no accurate drop rates. Also, as already has been noted, drop rates change from time to time so that added, it means it's just a lose on effort to ask for or collect drop rates :P

I just had a confirm of Mr All Capes (maxed out on all skills) rocktails do not burn with gauntlets at level 99. That makes 3 sources ;-) Edit: the saga keeps going, a level 99 cooking friend of mine says they DO burn at level 99 with gaunts at the fire at lumbridge. I really think you should try it out lol.
