No smoking in public would be nice. Its illegal here to smoke n worldplaces and bars, mbut its kinda annoying walking past a crowd of people smoking on the footpath. I don't see any reason to make smoking it illegal, I mean if its not affecting anybody else shouldn't it be your choice what to do with yourself? And yeah the tax on cigarettes is a big moneymaker.

I use guides generally, its very hard and frustrating doing some quests freestyle. (Imagine doing MEP II!) Its also fun though :P

So, after forever leveling Summoning at Tears of Guthix, I decided to train slayer to get the charms for 70 summoning (and also xp for 90 strength). I started the day with 90 strength and then shortly after 78 slayer (no pictures) And then later: Stats there, 114 combat. Err so rate?
