Its too unefficient to not barrow with slayer dart around his (or my) level, even with veracs. :? Anyway, for the items you should get: A whip (TOP PRIORITY), Torags / dh body Toragd / dh legs Dragon boots Glory amulet Best RFD gloves (higher than mith, if not, combat brace) Obby or legends cape Neiti helm (Black mask for slay) = Only around 2.8M If you want more money buy rune body and legs instead

I dont think you can take anything down there since Peer banks everything you have when you go there in the quest, although Im not sure I dont think this is going to work with runes... GL finding out though. :)

Which reminds me, *hearsay info:* Enchanting diamond bolts gathers 150k xp p/hour. Much more than alching, but I dont think its as much as stringing ammies (?), if you havent done lunar diamond bolts is a great way to go. diplomacy string ammys is around 120k exp an hr dont know about $ loss but its like alching with like less clicking but needing to bank No silly, diamond as in diamond bolts. Lunar = short for Lunar diplomacy :P

RSW (Master Smither) tells people to do steel plates :P Now, with mith bolts, they're apparently the best thing you can make without smelting your own bars in amount of loss. Yeah, smithing this way is very expensive. But, If you have 60 smithing, and head over to the blast furnace, you can smelt your own mithril bars with only 2 coal (instead of the original 4), cutting the price into 3/5ths of normal, then, smithing the bar into bolts gathers money, and this is rather quick xp in the Blast Furnace world. But, a cost effective method besides the blast furnace and cannonballs, even though cannonballs are completely CRAP now.. Normal smelting; slow, but not as slow as cannonballs, and quite decent money with mith / steel too. There is currently no way you make money by buying a bar and smithing it into ANYTHING until level 99 yet.

Almost? Cut the almost. You cant use a weapon, he hits you soo much soo often, you cant use armour, so, you pretty much need tuna potatoes and recoils.

If you have 55 slayer, tank mage Slayer Dart. Basically wear farseer helmet, torags/dh body and legs, dragon boots, combat brace / mith + rfd gloves, obsidian cape/legends/god cape, glory. If you dont.. I have no frikkin idea.

^and Kellis said I spammed :| Anyway, cannonballs seriously aren't worth the time anymore, the profit is minimal and for the time it takes to make them you could get over 9000x more xp at the blast furnace with mith bars -> mith bolts with SC hammers. :-#

About Koschei, I think you need to use a super set and a HEAP of ring of recoils. HEAPS.

The "Best" items to alch are kinda secret, and even so, not many of these items come in. Yew longs and mage longs on the side are probably the best if you want ALOT per day. Although, there are other ways to train mage which are faster and more efficient, usually Lunar. Plank make and string ammies are 2 awesome spells, and give great xp, but a big loss. And since they're so very fast, you can make the money back with ease.

I wouldnt alch in a PVP hotspot; you never know. Lots of people would kill an alcher.

That is mostly true, but Jagex does mess with the prices of high-cost items occasionally. Gold ore however is indeed something we set ourselves. Only instance I can think of of Jagex changing prices is with granite, which was much better then having them take months\years to go back up. Other then that, it's simply items that update slowly because the buying margins are set too high. Jagex sets a max and minimum price for items, and for certain items like this have very limited range. Mems is accordingly an add-on, although F2P seems more like a demo. Demos usually run out and dont get updated, so mems would be an addon.

Maybe if you had 99 and RS turned into RealWorldScape you could get [cabbage]-loads of cash from building houses!!1 Seriously though, you hate it cause its a big waste of money? OFCOURSE! It IS a waste of money. Members is a waste of money, thus every member skill and item, and F2P skill based on member stuff is a waste of money! =/ Construction was made as an epic money drain, dont train it if you dont want to. Just dont bag people who do train it, or bag the skill itself. I find it a great skill, althought my level is only51 since I havent got around to training it lately, I still find it a smart skill which brings players together for a load of fun, its also very helpful to yourself and every other runescape player. BTW, you make money from construction. Terrorbird + clay + runes for house tele/other teles + cwars ring (+ house tele if you arent making them) house tele, make xx teleports/tabs, get your terrorbird tabs, switch over to castle wars, bank repeat. :P

Gotta wonder why ranarrs o.O. Lots of monsters that drop decent herb seeds are most likely going to drop snaps ALOT. Aberrants for one as the others have said, I dont know much but I got 5 snaps in 60 turoths in a task :P But they dont give often snaps, so... Seeds are extremely random.
