A whip is all you need. Just equal your stats and train by controlled (You get 0.001% more hp xp). But a good weapon alone in the barrows stuff would be a karils cbow. :P

I think 80 def+ and 75+ ranged is needed for fight caves.

You dont define camp. Camp is staying at a place for a long length of time. Continuous trips isnt a camp :| But yeah they are admittedly better, im just saying 'camping' places. And btw you get much more than 50k in an hour at dusties.
