Because you can only sell it fully repaired or fully degraded. If he were to put it on, he'd have to go fix it to re-sell it, and maybe he doesn't want to spend that extra money when he doesn't have to. I'll see what I can do about getting you a pic of that. I have certain.... connections. :P I thought it was only if you put oit on then fought with it, like the weps

Use an Air Staff to eliminate the cost of airs. Also, make Cammy tabs. It takes away water and fires. Now you just cleared up 2-3 invy spaces.

Merchanting is completely fair. If one buys an item(/s) at a low price, whoever sold to them made the decision to hit 'accept'. And whoever buys the items(/s) also made that decision. Us merchanters are in no way scammers.
