Well you pillow shaded the grass, the sword is ugly, you have your lighting all out of wack... its like you have a light everywhere, there are no shadows, and much more.

The shading is off on the helmet. Your light is focused on the white dot/yellow circle in mine. but you also have it coming from the left like there are 2 light sources.
