If you place the cannon in the center of the open area near the shore then there will always be 3-4 strykewyrms surrounding your cannon, you stomp one and your cannon will start shooting up to 4 times at once on one target.. When running for loot stomp a wyrm and let your cannon finish it off. As i said, 20 mins per 100 kills. You figure out if you wish to cannon them or pray them but i wouldn't just go kill them the old fashioned way, waste of time.

You need some numbers but all you've been getting are opinions. People always say, it's just one mans opinion, even if that person is right. Here are some numbers: Lets say you're around lv 80 combat, you're str level is 70 all the rest doesn't matters and you're using a dragon scimitar and an amulet of glory to boose your str. Lets say you'd wear a rune defender, with the defender and the rest worn at 70 str you'll do 154 damage max. Now lets wear a DFS instead of that defender, you'll see at a low level and a low str bonus it won't increase much in max hit, your max hit will only be 156. Lets say you're around lv 100 combat with 85 str a whip, a glory ammy, a fighter torso, a slayer mask, barrows gloves and dragon boots. With that setup and a defender you'll hit 217 max With a dfs you'll hit only hit 220. Without checking any further and without making any wild estimated guesses i think at lv 99 str with everything maxed out with a dfs you'd still only do 10 more damage (=1 hit points before update) So is the +19 (average) attack stat better than 10 damage and all the defences the DFS gives? I'd say about equal. But defenitly not worth 30M I Favor a DFS though, i favor an all around set so i don't need to worry about brining in certain items to certain tasks, which i will most defenitly forget XD. Every task i use the same suit and a Defender looksso ugly while the DFS looks so smoking sweet! I've been thinking about selling my DFS though, a lot actually especially since they are rising again now. But then again, it's nice to have on wyvern tasks and other dragon tasks. Last words: If you got 30M, don't buy a DFS but a fury amulet and/or bandos tassets

Here is what i use: 1 Cannon ~500 Nuts Balls (per 100 kills, 500 will be more than enough) 3 super antis dosis (per 100 kills i usually use two) (not required if you got an anti poison totem from dungeoneering) 3 super atk+ str dosis (per 100 kills i usually use two) My melee suit; dragonfire shield (can replace shield with totem), fury amulet, slayer helmet, bandos chest, bandos tassets, whip, berserker ring, barrows guantlets, skill cape, dragon boots. I don't use any food nor healing items nor do i use a weapon with a special (other than my whip) i usually kill the Wyrms before they can attack for a second time and i only get hit once out of every ~30 kills 100 kills task takes ~20 minutes with my stats gear and a cannon if i got the spawn for myself. -Jungle Strykewyrms can only poison you if they deal damage. -Jungle Strykewyrms drop super def dosis very often as well as dropping lobsters very often. 1:10 odds. -When using cannon balls you'll spend approx thrice the amount of money on them as you would on prayer pots should you prayer trough the task, but a cannon is thrice as fast, unless ofcourse you got those high level prayers, maybe it would be faster then but i doubt it, it's not like you can hit four times in one second with any weapon while you can do that with a cannon. (Piety is not faster though) -When using a cannon put it in on the open space to the north, right where the shore bends off in a corner. -You can have your cannon attack a Wyrm when you run after the loot of the past 20 kills. -Normally if you aren't [cabbage] out of luck you will make the money back you spend on balls or pots, ~500 balls per 100 kills, and ~500k Gp per 100 kills. -Ofcourse you'll spend more money on balls than on prayer pots but as i said in the end you'll make it back and i favor getting it back faster :)

Oh a rope is what i should look for, that explains a lot... I was looking for a clear to see ladder so quikly ran trough all the rooms, i could have easely missed a rope :) Thanks for the answer, darn i feel stupid :D I'll do some barrow runs soon, i can do a run with 2 pray pot dose and nothing else, no runes, no nothing.

Nice achievement so far on all the 99, i bet you won't have too much trouble getting those other goals. I'm gonna max out my melee very soon too, i think leveling goes way too fast nowadays, atleast on some skills combat mostly.

I just remember that members can buy a certain stock of grapes and i'm not sure but i also think water filled jug in the Lumbridge chest, perhaps you could arrange it with a few people that they would buy grapes and if possible water filled jugs that they can then give and/or sell to you at lowest price. I'm in for it :) I'll buy some grapes/jugs whenever i think about it.

Every summer a bird craps all over my house, i still have pictures of last summer. I don't know if it's the same bird or not but it's defenitly the same type, comes back every year around the months may-july. Then the bird sees my cats and the bird gets all worked up and craps all over the place, i'll upload the pictures when i get back. But infact all of my cats are afraid of birds. And i don't have to try and catch it or i'll be pooped all over too. She comes to eat the food i give to my cats, she doesn't drinks from their water or milk the bird is just after the catfood. Is there a faster way than teleporting back to canafis and going from there to get back to the barrows, i thought you could exit trough the way you came but i tried it and i couldn't.

I'd sell that AGS and buy a DFS,Fury and bandos chest & tassests, bout the same amount of money. I can do a run with 2 pray pot dose (and a super set), a fally shield comes in handy too for a free run. No food used either. I think with your stats you might even pull it off without pray pots. If you have hp left, which you most likely will you can get some easy killcounts on those maggots, they also drop charms. Edit: Dang so tired, missed that last sentence, sorry :P

You are able to see globes around RS, the globes display lands unlike ours but somehow are slightly similar. The world of Rs is flat, like any other game out there but perhaps they'll make it round like a real globe. If so, that would mean there's still loads of space for new content. But that's a bit far fetched i must admit. Perhaps they will release a new world one day, one that starts out small just to get us excited and satisfied. I'm not really in to the lore of RS but aren't dragonkins from another plane? Or some other race was... Maybe once we get that far we could see a new world.

If you are speaking the truth you are the only person i've seen so far that has this, and i've been around for a long long time scouting many forums and getting to know many people. Either one has terrible luck (in other words, unlucky) (E.g. never gets anything) Or one has no luck (E.g. you get the average) Or one has extreme luck (E.g. gets something every task) I had yet to meet a person that actually gets the average, in other words a person that has regular luck or just no luck, depends how you see it. Before i found the Blue Phat in the party room (funny long story short; i made one click and d/c, when i came back i saw something blue on the floor, perhaps it was an afro? Are there any blue afros? Hmm might be a party hat... better pick it up, i hover my mouse over it and my heart nearly pounds out of my chest.) I had terrible luck i was actually having quite the opposite of luck, never got anything at all (besides getting 4 dmeds from 4 KBD kills back when a med was 3.2m exactly as much as a redphat, oh boy did i make money there.... for once) But ever since i had that blue phat drop i sold it bought the best melee and range sets out there (99 magic...so...) and got anything else i wanted, spend around 250M. A month later i made that 250M back by slaying. And my luck hasn't changed yet, i get something every task... jup i'm one of those players now... (hopefully this didn't jinx anything) So basically i made more money in that one month than i did in 7 years playing RS. Mind i played up to 4 hours a day average now i play up to 1 hour a day average. I might have made 50M in my total RS carreer purely from loot from monsters. Now i make up to 50M a week from loot from monsters. I went from getting absolutly nothing jack shizzle to getting awesome items every task, to me it still looks unreal because i'm not entirely used to it yet. I have heard from very smart individuals (whom i know irl, profs at certain collegas/unis) they showed me trough a bunch of odds calculations (didn't get any of that) that if you got better gear, meaning you kill monsters faster they'd drop better loot. It would make no sense but the RS loot system calculates loots this way. Perhaps one could try it, it works for me. If you get regular gear and you're doing tasks the regular way invest in a few prayer pots (bout 50 should suffiice and it won't kill you buying 50 pray pots) Then piety trough the tasks you'd normally just do with a whip and some rune armor, you'd kill the monsters faster and if you get better loot it's not coincidence. And also do not make the mistake and think that when you got better gear you kill more monsters/hour and get more loot because you killed more than you normally could /hour. No, my point is that killing something faster will give you better loot (not more loot, just better loot) I know it's hard to actually take my word on this as it's just a bunch of nonsense to you people but you should rezally try it and maybe talk to some very intellectual person who can calculate odds i'm sure you know someone, he will confirm this theory but it's up to you to proof wether the theory is a fact or not.

Well anyway, i'll save all my jiffies in my bank untill i get the required level then get some mouth watering experience. I have yet to get one as Jagex said i think it's pretty rare but we all know this game is about odds, so in theory one could get a jiffie every kill while the other one will never get one for as long as he/she plays. I never had a left half ever and my life then randomly killed a hobgoblin on my path who dropped one, a week later i got another one from the first cockroach drone (lv 8) i've ever killed, attacked it by accident. Too bad they were like only like 200k back then. Killed the KBD ~300 times before i got my first dmed, then one kill later another dmed, then one kill later another dmed but i didn't get it as i was teamed then the 4th kill another dmed, we teled out to sell our inventory because having 10M at that time in one inventory could get ya pretty paranoid. 4 meds in a row. They were 3.2M back then, as much as a red party hat (which i exhanged a dmed for) My little brother got dmed from the first ever fire giant he killed and a rune kite from the second one he ever killed. Good thing no trade limit was in place he gave me 10%, woot! It's all about the odds, they're either against you, neutral or for you. 17-18-401-60773960 That topic doesn't have much info on the first page about the Chaotic at places like Bandos though. Assuming that there is an equal chance of it reducing 1% damage as there is it reducing 20%, you'd average 4% of the Graardor's Ranged damage reduced. The Chaotic is nowhere near as good as an Elysian or Divine, but because of it's stats it's the 3rd best shield for the majority of situations in RuneScape where Defence is required. The special effect is barely worth mentioning though. For example, for the Chaotic to be equal in terms of HP saving to the Elysian (ignoring their stat differences), you'd need to be fighting a monster that maxes at least 700 with Ranged, can't be prayed against and have no other monsters attacking you at that time. Does that mean Elysian's going back up? Only reason it crashed was Chaotic Shields tbh. Elysian were never worth their street price, so I'd be surprised to see them go back up to what they used to be, but no, the Chaotic won't replace the Elysian. The only problem is, a lot of people don't listen to reason and buy items regardless of whether there are better alternatives or not. There are still people who believe Ely > Div as "Div wrecks Prayer." I don't think they crashed because of the Dung shields, they crashed because they were worth more then they are, it couldn't last forever as they are not discontinued items. These shields also become more common, a crash was inevitable and the rise of Dung shield might have (had) little unfluince on the price of todays shields but it wasn't the cause of the crash. Besides i'd pick grinding 500M over grinding enough points to buy a shield any day, i hate Dung and reeally tried my best to get it to lv 66. Last but not least, the Dung shields are a joke, i can't think of any encounter where one of those shields would be better than anything else. Talking about end game shield here, just wanted to mention it so people won't mistake "anything else" with a wooden shield or anything. Unless ofcourse you create an unique encounter yourself without any real gain then it might be usefull to be useless. In the end how you twist or turn it, useless remains useless. this better be sarcasm, summoning is easily my favorite skill and useful in nearly every aspect of runescape Agreed. Summoning literally changed the way everyone plays Runescape. I agree, everything about the skill is lame, and how they implented the skill is even more lame. But i don't regret leveling it, nor do i dislike leveling it or disliking the skill as a whole. If i'd be given the option to Pk with a truly unique one of a kind weapon that one shots anyone and anything it would also be lame just as summoning but i would still use that weapon and not regret using it, catch my drift?

Increase the cap is the only solution I see. But it is tricky to determin by how much. It would be abused if it didn't have a cap imo. After the 30K limit is reached you can still assist people unlocking their jiffie but you do not receive any assisted experience. I think that would be the best solution, not that theres any real problem.... Edit: I just see this has been mentioned a couple of times already.

We're getting skyboxes? Nice, i've been wanting those since ever! But that's not really important, skill updates on the other hand are (if the skill is in dire need of an update otherwise it's stupid) I've been waiting for the smithing rework since ever too hence i'm not training my smithing now or it'd be 80+ already by now but i think Jagex will make it twice as easy to level, thus if i spend 20m to level right now and next month they rework it... that could mean 10m down the drain. It's not the 10m i'm worried about but the time i spend wasting that 10M. So i'll just wait and level other skils first, Smithing isn't very rewarding anyway unlike most other skills. "Rewarding" as in giving anything other than pure exp, that could be money, more power, bigger inventories etc... Smithing gives nothing besides experience.

Oh Rare why isn't every level like showdown town in N&B :( And i won't vote for Jagex either because they banned and muted me for 75 H (almost perma) then realised it was a mistake and removed the 9.5 marks. Lol? Took them 3 years to see it was a mistake, mind 0.5 marks more and i was going to be perma banned, but i knew for msyelf that i wasn't going to get 0.5 marks unless Jagex would screw me over again. They didn't admit they were wrong no, they just deleted all of the history and all of the fake "proof" of my offences in my message centre and didn't leave me a message at all. I couldn't see the proof, it just showed a message saying they had proof of me telling other people to break the rules, offensive language, bug abusing and more all on one day when i wasn't online, lal. (Nop didn't got my account stolen either) I did send in about 20 appeals saying they were crazy and i didn't do anything wrong, only got automated replies untill the last one, no reply but everything wiped. My most insane luck streaks were (besides getting other rare drops) 5 dragon boots drops in a row, then something else and then another 2 pairs in a row. 2 dmeds back when they were 3.2m in a row from KBD 7 key halves in ~30 rock slugs kills Best whip streak is 2 whips in 5 kills I've been playing for a loooong time... Maybe some others i can't really remember... Esit: Meh just got loop half and tooth half in a row from irons :P Edit: Fero ring after those two key halves... hmm another streak as we sepak? :P

Hmmm, what do you guys recon is better, everything in size one like i did there for the first six tasks or just the clues in size one and the loot in normal size like i did for all the other tasks? I ask you this because personally to me they look both as good so make your pick.
