Anyway to...
Is it possible that Target has decided not to carry the card? You may find other retailers still sell them.

4chan DDoS's some anti-piracy sites.
One country should not have that much power over the internet. About the DDoS attacks; I would be more concerned about whom will they (4Chan) target next; after they lose interest in their target, will they attempt to settle personal vendettas (real or imagined)? We may end up with a number of renegade groups each with their own cause essentially unstoppable.

Access of a Website
I used to have my browser ask every time, I have found some sites will not take "no" for an answer; they just keep asking. Now I turn off all cookies and just allow sites I trust or need; I only have about 100 cookies.

Your keyboard usage
1. What kind of a keyboard do you use? (ergonomic, gaming, something completely different?) Logitech G15 2. How much do you use the keyboard? Do you often use it instead of the mouse? I use the mouse more for browsing the web, when I am using word or AutoCAD I use the keyboard. 3. How fast can you type? (a link to a typing speed test is included at the bottom, if you haven't done one already) TypeRacer says 38 WPM 4. Anything else worth mentioning? My left shift key does not work very well, I need to get used to the right one.

Access of a Website
I do not mean the cookie itself is dangerous; it is the gathering of the information about what I do on the site. I think you would stop going to a store if they asked for your ID when you entered, followed you around the store and recorded everything you looked at or touched. Some websites use dynamic pricing changing the price of items based of where you are, what you have purchased previously and how many times you looked at an item. Just think of the information you give Google every search term you enter into Google is saved and indexed based on the cookie then as most people have done googling your name or using Google maps to find your address; Google now knows who you are where you are and what your possible interest are. [/paranoid rant]

Access of a Website
I am a very paranoid person; it is one of the small things I do to protect my privacy. Too much of my personal information is already on the internet, I do not want to add any more to the pile.

Access of a Website
Figured it out, staples gives a 403 forbidden error when it cannot read cookies. Annoying!
-
Access of a Website
When I try to access Staples I get an "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I have tried Down for everyone or just me it says I am not alone. When I called a store they said they can access it just fine. I can ping the site via command prompt. I would like to know if anyone here can access the site and maybe know why I cannot access it. The first link does not show up it is www.staples.ca

Strange computer issues
I have recently had a similar problem, where vista would freeze and would not accept any input causing me to force a shutdown. Replacing the power supply seems to have fixed it. I replaced the power supply because of the possible solutions this was the cheapest, I had to start somewhere.

A password long forgotten?
If you have set your internet privacy settings to block all first party cookies, any cookies on the computer cannot be read by the website. If you use a program like CCleaner you can see if there is a cookie from that website on your computer.

Crazy computer problems
I am running Vista Home Premium x64 I have gotten 75,047 errors in 2 hours all the same: Microsoft says this means I am not sure how to fix this; did vista randomly uninstall this service? Everything seems to be working fine, though the system did not resume from hibernation correctly.
