In 1974, a colleague of his, Arthur Fry, was singing in a church choir and frustrated that his bookmarks kept falling out of his hymnal. He applied some of Silver's glue to his markers. 3M launched the product in 1977 but it failed as consumers had not tried the product. A year later 3M swamped Boise, Idaho with samples. 90% of people who tried them said that they would buy the product. Ermm When I read out some things for assembly...I just HATE public speaking..Im rubbish at it imo Also One of the biggest adreniline rushes Ive had was a few months ago when we were driving along. A Spider nearly as big as my hand started crawling down from the mirror. It then crawled across to my aunties side (I Live with her) and she was screaming like a crazy cow.......My heartbeat started rising like anything mainy becuase my aunty was about to crash the car lol . Anyway by this time my adrenlin was pumping like anything..... ...Since I had gloves on I Grabbed it with avegence in my fist.Squeesed my fist so hardd..then i chucked it out thw window I was pumping for like the rest of the school day

Im 17 and I have never had an "inapporiate dream"..I guess some people just don't have them...or mabye im just weird I love those dreams..well hate em aswell....where in a dream where you fall and then you wake up..and you get butterflys in your stomach lol. Since i was like 7 ive always wanted to be a pilot. I used to have somany dreams of getting to the aiport and boarding the plane..but never taking off :evil: . I so badly wanted to fly in real life....and I couldnt even do it in my dream :( Luckily I did get to fly in real life when I was like 13 ...had a few flight to germany since then Even though...I still dream of getting onto the plane and just as its about to take off I wake up..so annoyin... And always in my drema I like say to myself in the dream..This isnt a dream Also had a dream where like 100s of one pound coins came out of a fruit machine..when I woke up i was like

Im really of late becoming warey of Putin. His "ego" as it were is becoming much bigger than before I just hope He can look at the past mistakes of communist russia :pray: Also there was a article about russia supplying weapons to Sudan the other day :shame: He is also becoming confrontation with America over their new missile defense system. Another thing that pissed me off with russia is not allowing russian civilians to be exported (extradited) ...i.e Iam reffering to the Litvenyenko Case were the guy was killed If Estonia dont want that in their country..then they can get rid off it...... I really do think Russia is heading for trouble again

Is it not consistent for you, a materialist, to completely deny free will? If you are a materialist, would you not believe that our thoughts and actions are completely predetermined by other material entities? I know the Heisenburg uncertainty principle would make our actions impossible to predict, but it doesn't change the fact that we have no control over them? Were Robots made by another species : <<< or we could just be in a computer game That's a very interesting question, and i'm honestly not sure what the answer is or will be. At the moment though, I believe consciousness has an important part to play in our free will, and although some people think true AI is ever closer, i'm leaning towards the fact that there is something in our minds which transcends computational processes, and which we cannot explain with present day science. That's why we have genuine free will about our own decisions, although we cannot say for certain whether or not the Universe will follow.

Ok its going a bit off topic On this note..more travellers im afriad to say have arrived :( Another problem is the so called farmer who owns that land and he has not touched it for a couple of years...he wanted to develop it for telephone poles and our road put a petetaion into the council.........the farmer had his planes rejected I think he might not do anything...and let them stay there just to annoy us..kinda get one back at us...hopefully not and hell get rid of them. On another note when I went to the shop last night ...and gypsy was there trying to shop lift... :? ....Hopefully they wont cause me any grief :pray:
