Well I still had the successful tracking code number....but my recoveries had been reset So all i could rele do is old passwords, postcode, email, and put the tracking code in the box. Well i tryed like 3 times...all of em got declined on the first day. I said this is my last try and on the 4th try i got my account back ..I was astonished..remember never give up hope. It just shows that some of the cutomer support will read the message box..
