This method worked for me, and can be done in 2 - 3 weeks for about 5m. 70 - 90, Lobsters 90 - 94, Monkfish 94 - 99, Sharks. Pretty simple really, make sure you use Cooking Gauntlets aswell. ;)

60 - 65 is nothing for a GPU. You're only running an 8600GT lol. My 9800GT runs at 70+, and that's pretty cool. Some of the over-clocked 9 series run at close to 100 degrees. It may well have crashed, but it's unlikely this was due to overheating. :)

The differences are very subtle, and I'm fortunate in the sense that from a young age I've known the American and English words, and their spelling differences. ;) I'm from England myself, and I notice Americanisation more and more. English people like myself speaking with American accents, spelling colour without the "u", and although it doesn't really affect me, I find it somewhat annoying at times. :)
