To Prevent any further damage, i would not keep trying to run it, take it to a technician if possible.

Buy a book about php. You can get some decent ones for less then 20$ which will help you alot more then tutorials will. But before you start learning PHP make sure you have a good understanding of Html, and how variables work. Knowledge of any other languages will help to actually.

Css works just as good as html in most cases. And in my opnion it gives you more flexibility in your webpages as well as better organization.

Yeah, thats the same method i use for my websites. Its actually one of the most commen ways to manage content now.

Theres many methods of doing this actually, google "web structure" i belive thats what taught me how to do it. But i would try to avoid using frames if i was you.

rar files are basically archives, kind of like ziped folders. They are capable of holding Bad files, but they directly can not be. Scan before you extract them though, just liked you should with zipped files. Download winrar for extracting.

Try adding some Scanlines, possibly white, to lighten up the picture. Or mabey some texture brushes. the render is FINE, its blended well and fits in great. Operation, i have seen axe make some sigs that are much better then the one you are using right now. Overall, i think it is a NICE sig

Im guessing your sound used to work, and all of a sudden it just 'stoped' working right? Has any body been fooling around inside your tower because your sound card may have unattached its self from the motherboard. Check to make sure the correct drivers for that sound card are installed, and if not, install them.

Well, if you own the hosting and have access to thje Cpanel, you can edit the mysql databases, if not you cant.
