To be fair, I'd half expect that to be serious. Joking or not, don't post stuff like that as it sounds stalkerish and scary to people seeing it. Rainy is stalkerish and scary to people, too. I WANT TO SEE WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE. I have a picture on the index ;o

4chan DDoS's some anti-piracy sites.
It was hardly a civil war. It was a few people following the boxxy meme and a few people who were annoyed by it. It took up a fair amount of threads, but I wouldn't call it a civil war at all.

Abortion
Yes. Then how is a random biological event murder? Because you have killed a being that has potential human life. Usually a genetic defect, but it still caused death to a innocent being. Yes, but no one specifically caused it. Therefore at most you could say mother nature murdered it. Mother nature needs a good long jail sentence. Preferably with no chance of parole. I dare say, I think your name is misleading judging by your posts.

So what do you do for a living?
haha, what ? Also what? I have a mother with a good wage, I work part time as a baker, and work part time as a police officer which is supposedly voluntary but I do get paid for it. Oh, I though you meant you were a mother. And I didn't realise you could be a part time police officer, as a volunteer. You can in the UK apparently. But they don't give you a gun, so why you'd want to is beyond me. i love you rainy rainy doesnt live in the UK [hide]IDK where he does, he said somewhere it wasnt UK[/hide] Nope, I live in the uk, sir.

New TETAU Times and Recruitment Drive
Also, I believe the Live Chat/IRC *points to the button* is made use of sometimes. Skype (the text based skype, voice was just for fun when I was there) is just the most connivenent method of communication. [/old timer] Indeed, Skype is used by a lot of TET members, but it isn't the necessity. :) There are of course the forums, clan chat and IRC that can be used.

Hungry Jacks is better than McDonalds
Take the chips from McDonalds, a milkshake from McDonalds, and a burger from Burger King. Sorted!

Using the Crown as a letter 'M'
Not really an issue in my eyes, it's just a clever play on the crown they've been given for good work/behaviour ingame.

France bans the niqab
I think it makes sense in a security type of logic. Outright banning it seems a little too harsh, though I'm not much of a fan when I talk to someone and I cannot see their face/arms/body, so cannot anticipate much of what they may or may not do.

Terrorist Threat in the UK - Severe
Judges are restricted by whatever sentencing guidelines they are given, trust me when I say prison overcrowding is not factored into their sentencing decisions. If the sentences are too lenient then there needs to be reform higher up, but any judges trying to reform from the bench would just have the sentence appealed and probably overturned. That explains GBH/theft cases being given suspended sentences as opposed to a real punishment (jail time). I realise they are restricted, but their decisions aren't half lenient most of the time.

Terrorist Threat in the UK - Severe
Dzi is English. Great one though. I think our country is a little too lenient on most sentencing, Judge's have inlfuence on their sentencing due to the knowledge that prisons are overcrowding. That shouldn't be an issue for them, that's a problem for the Government to deal with. I'm confident that MI5/police services can prevent most incidents though, after the events of 9/11 & 7/7, security is a bit more intense these days.

New TETAU Times and Recruitment Drive
New TETAU Times and Recruitment Drive Hear ye, hear ye! The Tip.it Events Team has an announcement to make! Following feedback from Event Goers and Jagex themselves we have decided to change the current times of AU Events to make them more convenient and accessible for AU Event Goers. We appreciate these times aren't ideal for everyone but hopefully this will attract more people from that area of the world to our events! The new times which will come into effect on October 1st are as follows: Australia and Pacific Times 9:00pm NSW, VIC, TAS, ACT 8:00pm QLD 8:30pm SA 7:30pm NT 6:00pm WA 11:00pm NZ 6:00pm Singapore Other Time Zones: UK (GMT): 10:00am Western Europe (CET): 11:00am California (PST): 2:00am Colorado (MST): 3:00am Texas (CST): 4:00am New York (EST): 5:00am Now with the announcement of new times comes the need for new TETAU Members so we are delighted to announce that we will be holding a Recruitment Drive for TETAU! We are looking for some creative, fun loving folks to help us out with event planning and hosting. If you recognize yourself in that description, perhaps you've got what it takes to join the team! This is a unique chance for you to join our ranks, and help bring the fun to the rest of Tip.it. Can you handle the fun? Have you ever gone to a TETAU or TET event, and had a good time? Have you ever enjoyed the company of a bunch of your fellow tifers while hunting the KBD, or killing General Graardor? Such times are fun, are they not? Hanging out with friends is always fun, but events are a serious matter. Though they seem easy enough to make, that's not always the case. Planning events takes a lot of effort, and while the team enjoys it, we could always use some help. That's where you folks come in! Are you interested? Then I urge you to read on! Working as a part of TET is a pretty fun and enjoyable experience, however there is work involved too! To find out just what is expect of you check the job description in the Community Spotlight or the TET public guide. We expect you to: - work with team mates to create new events - be able to construct a story, and put your ideas into words - be adaptive, and ready to face any situation during events - be willing to give a couple of hours of your time every week to help out with work - have a team spirit If you're still interested in joining, then we're interested in what you have to say! These are the requirements to join the team: - you must have a Tip.it forum account, preferably one that's been registered for a while - you have to be a fairly active Runescape player - you have to fill out the application form and submit an event in it - you must be able to access either Skype and/or IRC - you must remain an active member of the team after being accepted - you must be able to attend/host events at the above times We would also like to suggest that people who are thinking about applying or have applied should use our IRC channel (#tetpub - for information on how to join, check out section E in the TET Public Guide) or our Clan Chat (TET Chat) so you can get to know TET Members and your fellow applicants as well as have a place you can go if you have any questions! So, how exactly do you apply? Well, it's simple really. You have to fill out the following application form and PM it to Staff_applications with the subject "TETAU Application:<username here>". Please take your time when filling out the form. We will be basing our decision almost entirely on the application that you fill out, so make sure you do it correctly. All applications will be reviewed with the same standard, no matter when they are sent in, so there's no need to rush. Correct grammar and spelling also help. Try to make a very detailed event. If you need an example, check out old TET events in the TET forum. The better and more detailed the event, the better the chance we'll notice your creativity and choose you. Runescape Name: Tip.It Forum Name: Link to your Tip.it forum account: P2P/F2P: Runescape Experience: How many hours a week do you play Runescape: Location: Time Zone: Age Group: (For statistical purposes) 13-15 16-18 19-25 25+ What operating system are you running? If so, what kind and is it updated? Is your computer a personal computer or shared? Event Experience: (Events attended, Tipiters Events hosted/created, any ideas posted in the Event Idea thread.) What I can bring to TETAU: (Your attributes, why you believe you would be an asset to the TET Team) A little about myself: (A basic description of yourself) An event idea: (Create an event idea. The more original and well planned the better. Formatting, content and layout in the TET style is encouraged) That's it! We will be receiving applications for the next two or three weeks, depending on the number of applications. You will be warned ahead of time. We don't have a set number of members we'll accept, so we'll try to accept the best applications. Good luck, and give it your best!

so.... i appear to be pregnant
Somebody's an angsty virgin today. I can't help but ditto this. I think the phrase "learn some manners" comes into play. Anyway, I'd hate to be in your position/the father's position, as I'd rather have a child through planning, but good luck to the two of you. Most children are unplanned I would assume, plus 25 isn't that young. Compare it to people over here where most are 16-20 when they get pregnant, and really do just spend their lives living off the state. At least you have a job, a family and the father will be involved.

I do not get how people wear those jeans. They look both uncomfortable and silly (generally revealing just how skinny the wearer's legs are). I can only wear baggy jeans

Gun Control
I'm happy with the UK's gun laws. Gun crime still happens, but it is few and far between. Knife crime is more of an issue, but the government can hardly ban them. Most of the knife crime is down to young people carrying them for 'self defence' anyway, or getting into the wrong crowd. So ja, UK gun control is good. I do not care for America's gun laws, guns are only useful to kill, so why is there a need for most people to carry them/own them.

Lolicon
But such images could entice people to go for real images, which does hurt children and therefore is not protecting anyone. I'm happy with the restrictions the UK has on such imagery.

Those are the sort of guys who do it to look cool, they aren't true longboarders. Thats debatable. What truly makes a 'true' longboarder? The most basic principle to longboards is transportation, which is why longboarding is popular on university campuses because of it's practicality. It's longboarding etiquette to be considerate of other people, and not to skate on the sidewalks/pavements if at all possible. Cyclists are worse, but people skateboarding/longboarding on the pavement can be irritating, but I've no issue with that. Cyclists have to use the road, can't stand it when they use busy paths.
