Meme potential?
Forced memes are never funny. But anyway, this topic really has no discussion value, unless we are suggesting new haircuts for that person. Locked

Tip.It Times - 5th September 2010
As a forum user, and not a forum admin, I agree with that statement. The rant may have had its place in a topic regarding runefest, but on the website in the middle of an article? Completely out of place and unwarranted in my opinion.

Your left and right index fingers are guns which just fired
Read it again, sunny morning. Epic fail on your behalf. And right now? I have a bleeding lip and a broken mouse.

I'm fine, the trigger has not been pulled so why would I be in trouble? You should be more careful, really.

Boy cleared of murder from killing an alleged pedophile
So, he had a knife on him (which at the least shows an intent to use it if necessary), and he stabbed someone causing their death. Whether this person was a predatory pedophile or not, that's still murder. The 17 year old should have faced charges for that, it's not a reasonable response for self-defence in my opinion. Kicking/punching him would, maybe using a knife if there was one in the house to hand, but having it on you with clear intention, nein.

How many true friends do you have?
People that I can rely upon for anything no matter what? Probably 3 I'd say. Others are nice and all, but can be really unreliable at times.

Do you really want to see there posts?
This. & this. Unfortunately our tech administrators/coders have too much to deal with for minor things such as this, and quite frankly, you can skip it. I honestly doubt that any change will be made any time soon, and I do apologise for that, but it is a minor fault.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Hear hear. I'd rage if any daughter of mine was 12 and walking around in make-up, high heels and inappropriate clothes. But that's an all too common sight these days.

Jobs
I currently work part time as a baker (random, I know), and have recently joined the police force as a part time police officer (though unpaid, I'm doing it for the experience aspect). Hoping to do a degree in law next year, and afterwards apply to join the police full time.

I only ever think in English, unless of course I am thinking of another language.

What clique/subculture do you think you're classified as?
Throughout my time in school there weren't really any 'cool' groups, every just had their own main group of friends and mingled here and there. My group of friends were skaters/bikers mainly, as I used to enjoy cycling, doing jumps etc. In college I was friends with most people, and wouldn't have considered myself to be iny type of clique, except maybe my law group of friends, we would often seem nerdy with each other. These days I wouldn't consider myself in any major clique, I just have my friends who are all leading (in general) mature lives these days, and have goals with them. I still dress as I have since I was younger though, jeans, skating shoes, skating label shirts etc.

Staff tackles and chokes deaf man suspected of shoplifting.
Police brutality is not all that common in my own country. Things are bound to happen by accident or the situation escalates unnecessarily, but the situation wouldn't have happened if the criminals didn't start it in the first place. People who want to join the police in the UK are generally asked questions which prove their worth to society/improving their area in an interview, such as giving examples of community work, helping people in need, etc. Your average "I just want to wrestle with people and feel important" people won't make it through recruitment, as it shows in one of the processes of recruitment. Security is another matter though, they aren't as regulated, and I've witnessed security guards slam people into shopping isles when they kick off, and hold them in rediculous restraining positions to escort them off premises. Generally what I witness is illegal and not proportionate, and as bad as it sounds, the people treated in such ways when caught shoplifting etc should have every right to see these people prosecuted for the way they act.
