What's up Kdog, long time no see. How's life? Anyways, Medusa was a really good friend of mine and yes he was in both RSD and from England. He was an awesome catcher and pker, and definitely one of my favorite people to pk with. Also, I would shit my pants when I would see Lord Vid. I was always 3-4 levels lower than him, so I was a lefty for him which didn't help my case. I swear to god he caught me like 4 squares away once. On a different note, my best memory of you Kdog was when we first met. You had just gotten 99 att and I ran into you at rune rocks and decided that I was gonna try and fight you, only to be 3 hitted shortly after. I then get a PM from killermandie giving me shit for getting 3 hit by you (I didn't know you guys were friends at the time). But it worked out, cause we ended up all being friends and destroying f2p. Good times.

Wow, I have been looking for this for a long time. The one that I remember though had Killa Priest at number 1. The dark archer's owned though, i remember seeing them hit 7's and 8's with range and I was just in amazement.

Hey guys, I got my acceptance letter from Falador University today in the mail and I'm so excited! As of right now, I will be majoring in mining but I may change it to smithing. warrior, mage, miner or adventurer I believe ,there were 4 classes. None of them were beasts though. How come I have a distant memory that there was a necromancer, not miner? Miner replaced necromancer. Any old school to confirm this? There was after all evil and good magic. You also forgot archer. You're right, there was necromancer. Being a necromancer gave 6+ in Bad Magic. Warrior, ranger, adventurer, necromancer, wizard (mage).

Wow... I'll start off by saying that I do not want to get involved in this, but there are some things that I want to say. First off, Unit and DSM; wtf? I thought you guys were friends; what happened? It caught me off gaurd seeing you guys attack each other like that, lol. Every topic that I've read concerning anything related to "Best Pkers"; the names are pretty consistent (Adx1, Sue Me, etc...). However, it seems that the majority of people that post under these topics are in fact... n00bs... I'd say only about 15% of the people that post know what they're talking about and the rest are just newbs who put names that they've already seen. For instance, I saw one guy put "Top pkers in no particular order: Adx1, Sue Me, Zonghui, and Snake Slava" Zonghui? Snake Slava? Are you [bleep]ing kidding me? Obviously, the guy had no idea what he was talking about and just looked up on high scores and put down some names. Now, don't get me wrong, I am in no way saying that Adx1, or anybody for that matter, is a bad pker. All I am saying is that a lot of people just give credit to people who don't really deserve it (Like Swifty for example). It's like asking somebody who the best soccer player is, and they reply by saying "David Beckham". You guys can argue amongst yourselves over who the best pker is and so forth, but you will never come to a conclusion. I pked a lot, and I could easily distinguish a good pker from a bad one. Unit was good, DSM was good, Adx was good, I don't remember Meet too much, but I'm certain he wasn't bad either. Of course, some pkers were probably better than others, but all it really came down to were your stats and your connection to the server(and mage, prayer, and of course some luck). I guess what I'm trying to say is that we were all good at some point, and have had our glorious moments, but those days are gone and the game that we've played (for the most part) is dead now. Also, criticizing somebody's personal life when initially arguing about a game comes across as belligerent and desperate.

No man, Back in the day you can buy the cd... i got mine at best buy... it was like 45$. Then in 2000 you had to get the expansion for members. You could only have 3 accounts per cd code... but it still was a lot of fun. a couple months after it was at best buy , walmart had it on clearance for 7 dollars. you got ripped off buddy Was about to say... i bought mine for $10, lol... I still have my original cd key if anybody wants it

I picked the game up in december, and it was pre wilderness mate. That's a copyright on the Java game, if you noticed the entire site is copyright 1999. The game wasn't released that far back, but.. Copyrights don't mean [cabbage]. As far as the first pure? It's a little hard to assess, there were PLENTY of pures around, just none were that hard hitting, and most of their stats were even. It wasn't until after the wilderness came out where high strengthers became popular, and the X,1,X characters rolled out. A lot of people trained to 40,40, X after that due to the stat requirements. The 25 prayer thing was pretty much a joke for a while, (I'm pretty sure it's pre wildy, I have memories for a few [wagon] running out 1 iteming in lumbridge), and didn't really become popular until rune, mostly the non-skulling 60s. Once bluerose started pumping rune baxes into the economy then PBs became popular. As far as the first "Pure pker"? Was probably someone who preferred low level pking, like I used to. I know Diarkon Jr was my first one defenser pure. Yeah i dont know what hes talking about, i bought the cd back in 97, and ive been playing ever since. Yeah, I bought RS beginning of 98 so...

Dear God... Anybody that would even consider Ashley as a "famous pker" obviously has no idea what they're talking about. I'm willing to bet that most of the people that have posted on this thread weren't even around when you could pk anywhere; instead, they create the illusion of so by saying people like "ashley" and "sexy razor" were the best (not saying sexy wasn't good or anything).
