Fast paced walking is good cardio for old people, not young people. Jogging will do it much better, and 1 - 3 lbs is good, although 3 might be pushing it

There are some other tasks you might want to safe spot, although none come to mind but you can decide that when you get to them. Personally I've never used knives, but maybe they're better. Void is really nice too if you have it, except for monsters that require special head armour

Depends on the task, I use a cannon when viable too so tasks like black demons get me lots of exp. It's not too bad, but it's definitely far from the fastest way to train range

Tzhaars.. The broad bolts hit like 36 potted and with prayer at my lvl (not that im praying all the time). but the time it takes to position yourself, the respawntime to get a good monster (not one that wanders away),.. i loose lots of time.. I've been range slaying lately and just said screw it to safe spotting unless it's black demons or something. Most of the monsters don't hit very hard anyway, especially since you have 99 def

And something generic and over used like a bar code or dots would make you look uncreative

If you are rune pure, then that sucks because you didn't leave your def low enough to do some essential quests without going over 40 def

Pretty sure the P2P 1k+ worlds will change to 1.5k+ worlds, and the f2p will stay at 1k+, or not allow members with under 1K+ f2p total or something. I'm not trying to hate on f2p because I love f2p and F2P'ers dedication to staying f2p, but you can't measure advertising by word of mouth. There are a LOT of members, and lots of them promote it by word of mouth too. The revenue from ads isn't even that much

I've been having this problem lately too. It's not terribly frequent (once a day or two maybe), but I've never had it happen before recently. The rest of my computer is working great, and I play with the RS client, so who knows.

Save yourself the money and do things better by reading and learning things by yourself. Only thing you should need a trainer for is form checks.

It is true. Schools practice the UNCONSTITUTIONAL "right" for them to temporarily abolish your Constitutional rights. Last year, a student's cellphone went off in class, and a search was called. The assistant-principal searched everyone's purses and wallets and put people through a metal detector. She came up to me, and I cited my Constitutional right to deny unlawful searches. She left me alone. From what I remember regarding searches, it is because of safety of the whole school that they can search your locker, not because schools are anything goes zones.

Every time she went to a psychiatrist, she knew just how to act to appear like she had nothing wrong with her. Because your first post said that someone could fake being mentally ill to get out of murder, but you're talking about someone pretending not to be mentally ill. Insanity cases are longer than jail time. Quoting just to stress again what you said, they are indefinite until they decide you are ready.

Because it doesn't work like in the movies. He would have go through multiple evaluations from psychologists, and you would need to know what they were looking for and how to answer them. It's not like you plead insanity/mentally unstable and they take it lightly, insanity plea has a very small success rate. E: If I remember right, it's used in something like .1% of cases (10 out of 1000), and the success rate is less than 20%

It's not black and white though, it is a lot of grey. You don't forfeit all your rights, but some of them are given up. Making a broad statement like he did is simply untrue. Seems to me that part of the purpose was to monitor their home behavior for god knows what reason, but I'll be interested in hearing their side of it
