  2. For food, use this site. http://www.livestrong.com Register, then go under the Daily Plate header, then My Plate. Search for the foods you ate and it will literally do everything for you. It will add up how much protein/carbs/fat you had and show it in a pie chart with percentages, add up the calories, cholesterol, etc. To put on lots of weight fast, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but 2500 - 3000 calories a day would be good E: try to find a gym or something to work out at, without the ability to add weight you aren't going to see nearly as much an improvement as if you actually could. Oh, and if you have trouble eating a lot of food, try a mass gainer.   7. Hahahahahahahahahahahahhaahaha. This is EXACTLY what a person in the American army would do if they killed a terrorist. One man's freedom fighter is another man's terrorist. The term Reasonable Force pops into the mind. If someone is mouthing off or acting up they can't just go and pop them in the mouth. That's not how it works. And this sounds like it was AFTER he was arrested, so there was no resisting involved and I presume since he is a terrorist that they won't let him walk around freely so he was probably hand cuffed.
  8. Calm down man. You think that the US Navy SEALS want to be associated with abusing prisoners? That's how these organizations recruit young kids into their ranks. You seem to be forgetting that either way this terrorist fellow will probably get life in prison or the death penalty. It isn't like he's getting off because he got punched in the face. The fact is, the Navy SEALS broke the law, and they have to pay for it. That's the way this country works. The fact that it was a terrorist means nothing. Or tasers or pepper spray. Sure in the rare case that you have some ultra unruly guy trying to seriously hurt them they might have to, but they don't do it as a first resort
  13. It's more than that, it also brings up the question of whether or not the punch was necessary if it was before he was captured. Did the SEALs just wail on him when he put his hands up, or was he struggling to get away when they hit him? The case won't hold up unless there's more evidence than this. Exactly. If it was an unnecessary punch, then yeah, a simple assault charge is in order, nothing more, nothing less. If the terrorist fought back, then by all means, no charges should be filed against the SEALs in the first place. On the news show they said that the the punch was to control him, an elite seal group would not wail on a terriorist, there alot more disaplined than that. Lol, why would an "elite seal group" punch a guy in the face to control him vs using actual techniques to make him not a threat (like pinning him on the ground)? The FOX news report doesn't give much context to what happened regarding the punch so who knows at this point.
  14. Yeah, I don't think that's really the same thing. I can do a loootttt more on that than I can squat with free weights. But for the love of god, if you are starting free weights start low and make sure your form is good so you don't [bleep] up and hurt your back or anything.

    You're not strong for you're size. You're just lifting less weight because your body is lighter. I don't really know anything about this, but wouldn't it be proportional then? He's lifting less but he has smaller amounts of muscle because he is smaller in general?
  17. Because some nut jobs out there get worked up over nothing. Also, animals have only one right, and that is the right to be tasty. Because we have the means and knowledge to do it other ways? I love my meat and lots of my family own farms, but the only thing I have a problem with is inhumane treatment (Eg. slow, painful deaths).
  18. Because this is a generalized thread with discussion value, which I do believe is something to be posted in "General Discussion". Although people can give me advice, it is totally possible for it to become a discussion more then just that. Most help and advice topics degenerate down to a mod saying "This has been answered, locked!" I don't want to be a [bleep] or anything but I agree with the above poster. Seems more like a "help me on what to do" thread with an after thought of post things that have changed. Of course I don't care too much, just pointing it out Also, Stealing Creation is probably the only mini game I have the patience for, it's great really.

  21. For squating? If you have the proper equipement and space and know the safety procedures for failure it's very safe; it would take skill to injure yourself squating freeweights. Also, you're probably doing it wrong if your a first time 16 year old lifter and you max out the machine. If that's a legitimate squat machine (not leg press), and that 300 isn't added on to your own weight, either that's a very beginner machine or you're using it incorrectly Ditto. If you don't have proper form then yes you could hurt yourself, but that's why you should be using freeweights anyway. You'll probably know you're doing it wrong because it'll hurt =\.
  22. No doubt they're better, but if you can't stomach them they aren't going to be much use. I just mix it in with some milk/chocolate milk through out the day, you get protein from the milk AND you get the power, and it doesn't fill you the hell up. Also, make sure you're eating throughout the day instead of just breakfast, lunch, supper.
  23. If by machine, you mind not barbell, then try barbell. It's harder, and you won't do as much, but it's better

Could have made some real progress if you ate right, oh well You can still eat junk food if youre trying to gain or lose weight, you just have to watch your caloric intake; this guy probably wasnt though. All he has to show for those 6 months is in that picture. Now think what he could have gained if he ate right and had a routine when he went to the gym instead of hitting whatever machine was open I've found people who work at gyms to be unhelpful.
