  1. 2 Questions: 1) Is "power slaying" with cannon just using it when in multi combat, or even in single way? 2) The guy in the video in the OP started at 99 slayer, so he has the ability to get the good stuff (whip and d boots and dark bows), so would it even be worth it before 85 slayer?
  2. I have family in Thunder Bay and they've been telling me winters been mild there too. We haven't had much snow either, I was out of the country for a week in December when it apparently snowed once, and since then I've seen one or two snowfalls.
  3. Apparently it's an El Nino year. Definitely feels like it. Usually this time of winter we have a couple weeks of -30C to -40 C(-40F) weather, but up until this week we had like 2 or 3 weeks of it hovering around -10, which was nice. Right now it's only -25, but -36 with the wind. Oh well, just gotta dress in layers. I'm in Winnipeg though, so it's colder than most places
  4. Anyone got actual pictures of all the whips? I don't own one so I'm interested in seeing how they all compare Nevermind http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Abyssal_whip
  5. It's never good to do it everyday. Do it every other day, and make sure you're eating enough Also, new routines posted.(Hardgainer, power builder, west side) http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3250231 As for back muscle/shoulder, use this and click on the muscle group http://www.exrx.net/Lists/WtMale.html But it's really best to follow a routine.

  7. Jagex disallowed new potions to be used in PVP, why can't they do that with new weapons?
  8. I find armoured zombies pretty good. With Sacred Clay coif I can get 90 - 110k exp/hour
  9. You're not too bright, are you? Do you really think that in the time it took one police officer to investigate one case (and by investigate I mean drive to his house after receiving the call), he could have saved 10-20 lives? Where do you life, multiple-homicide-ville? A city where 10-20 people are murdered per hour? Then again, if the suicide threat was real and someone said Jagex knew about it and did nothing, you'd be here trolling a different song in order to bash them. Hurr durr, dey r dum. To add to this, someone actually did commit suicide when his White Phat was scammed. Does anyone remember his name? It was like broski or something (I don't think it was Broski, but sounded similar). It wasn't the sole cause, but it was the last straw anyway
  10. Yeah the website is amazing, and the forums are pretty awesome too. They've got one dedicated to working out with very knowledgeable people who are willing to help you out. Downside is an account on the site is $10, but it's the best I've spent. Also, they have logs too, here http://forums.somethingawful.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=244 And checkout the Transformations thread, it's got some damn good examples to get inspiration from http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3216903
  11. You come to this forum, post a topic looking for help, you receive some and call it bad? Let's think about that.... Anyway you never said within a certain amount of time, did you? So in theory the best f2p pvper would be a maxed char Maxed combat was a bad suggestion.
  12. If you're looking for a routine you could do the Starting Strength, or if you want something a bit different (and probably better), you could try one of these: http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3250231
  13. Oh, I didn't think anyone was attacking me. I guess I have one of those writing styles  Anyway, eating enough is really, really, REALLY hard if you aren't used to it. I'm in the same boat as you and it's hard as hell to eat tons, although I've heard cottage cheese is cheap and good for protein + calories. I'm looking into eating a container of that a day (5 cups I think, ~800 calories, lots of protein), and I've got mass gainer shakes to help. Good luck Oh, and milk. Lots and lots of whole milk (or whatever milk, I prefer chocolate tbh :^_^: )
  14. What is your weight and what are you aiming for? http://www.exrx.net/Lists/WtMale.html click on a muscle group
  15. He didn't lift weights or exercise or anything before if that's what you mean. Weight loss: work out, cardio, eat less weight gain: Lift, eat 3k calories+ per day and you stand to gain a lot of muscle in a short amount of time. OP could have put on 1 - 2 pounds a week AND increase major lifts by about 5 pounds per week at the start if he ate lots (and pushed himself real hard, but he hasn't said anything about his lifts or anything so I'm not going to assume), but not to bash on him but it looks like he put on a couple pounds in 7 months (again though, the shirt really hides a lot). If it's rags to riches you want, check out this beast http://yfrog.com/0ralfalfa1j to http://yfrog.com/1salfalfa2j Although this one has A LOT longer time period Here's another one, goes from over weight to pretty damn good for two months. http://yfrog.com/5c30b1dvaj TO: http://yfrog.com/8630b3j http://yfrog.com/5c30b4j OP, use My Daily Plate (http://www.livestrong.com/), register an account, then go under Daily Plate -> My Plate. Each day, input what you eat each day. You should be aiming for atleast 3k calories a day, the more the better though If that is what it looks like, it was not my intention. I'm not trying to belittle his work or anything like that (he did good), but I think he could get bigger faster, just trying to give advice. If he's 100% satisfied with what he achieved and wants to keep doing what he's doing then I'll leave. OP if you want me to stop posting just tell me
  16. Seven months of a good free weights routine with lots and lots of eating could have gotten him better results. I dunno, maybe it's just the pics and the shirt, but I think you could get a lot better results in the future. Not me, but here's a guy http://yfrog.com/5jchi1rj http://yfrog.com/5achi2vj He's got two more months on OP, but I think if OP does things a bit different he could put on more muscle in less time than he is (not that he hasn't done a good job)
  17. All you need to know: http://goonlifter.wikispaces.com/Alfalfa%27s+Nutrition%2C+Rest%2C+and+Supplement+Beginner+Guide + Sean 10mm's starting strength on the menu = everything a beginner needs to know + more on the site
  18. Not that I'm saying you haven't done good, but you should have a lot better results for 7 months. Get off the machines too, do free weights, and get a good routine. A SA forum poster (who has a Kinesiology degree, runs his own gym, is buff as hell, and I think is training for some sort of world strongman) just posted some great routines. Check them out: http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3250231
  19. Into the Wild: I can't believe more people haven't seen this, it really is an amazing movie. Really makes you think about your life
  20. I've tried to use a debit before but I could never get it to work. I didn't think they allowed it
  21. Apparently someone has finished already [hide][/hide]
  22. Word so far is that you can't boost
  23. I'd do thieving, not terribly useful, but super fast and great looking cape
  24. Thanks for the speedy reply
  25. For dust devils, are knives or xbows faster exp? Also, do you need the face mask against dust devils in the chaos tunnel? thanks Edit: steel knives vs broad bolts that is
