You could wear anything to a club. Go with whatever you like; I don't think you should be dressing differently for that type of event anyway. Oxford cloth has a basketweave pattern, whereas poplin is a plain weave. The former is more resistant, the latter is cooler. Make your pick.

It's quite the opposite for me; most of the time I remember little. I do remember things in conversations that made an impression on me (duh), like flyingjj said.

a) It's all on one window, unlike Winamp. That UI [bleep]s with me. b) It starts up super fast. That's really the main reason I like it more than iTunes. c) The ability to move stuff around is handy. For example, 1000px-long seekbar allows me to precisely pick where I want the song to play, which is handy for figuring out how to play it. d) You can see the waveform, also handy for trying to get a similar synth sound to another band. e) Conversion, tagging, etc. is really easy. In other words, it's not magical or whatever, but it's still pretty sweet. I haven't tried using themes but it'll probably be slow on my computer anyway.

I get the shakes too for presentations, but if it's something I enjoy doing it's far easier. For example, playing music live. That's always a breeze, probably because I've practiced it so much, without thinking "alright I'm going to rehearse this song now", so it always ends up being kind of automatic (I never fail to catch myself thinking about something totally unrelated). About six months ago, I did a presentation on the music industry in front of two judges (one of which I didn't know), and I felt that was easier to do than in front of classmates, even though it was far more important. In class, they really want you to [bleep] up, because presentations are always so damn boring that's the only amusing thing that might happen. I've had someone show me porn on their iPod while I was up.
