Did you break the head or the whole drum? If it's the latter, you have a really bad drumset. Or you're using swords instead of sticks.
  2. Iran thinks homosexuality is immoral. Canada thinks it's abnormal, but still okay. I used the word norm for a reason. I go to a private school which charges around 7000$ per year, by the way. Diplomats from many countries have their children go to that school. At the last count we have students from 72 different countries. I don't know what you've been taught at your school, but I've learned to tolerate other religions/cultures. Not all Muslims are the same. Some Christians are Baptists and some don't go to church. I'm not sure the niqab is a religious thing as much as it is cultural though. And even then, not all Middle-Easterns are the same. Why would they feel the need to change the way they dress? Maybe their faith is stronger than their desire to mix with the rest of the population. For your third point, see my first.
  3. You don't have to grind. Just dance face to face.
  4. It's religion. According to their beliefs, if they don't wear it, they will suffer consequences from above. Clearly it's not that easy to adapt since they have to be forced to change; if it was okay with them they would have done it a long time ago. Besides, I doubt these women don't know each other at all. I'm not saying there's a country-wide niqab ring in France, but I wouldn't be surprised if these women (and their husbands, who likely have the same convictions) had more influence on each other than the rest of France does. Protest, convince people that it's a deeply unjust and useless law, etc. There never was a De Gaulle, a Jefferson, a Robespierre or a Danton who ever pondered what was wrong with their country, and found nothing to do about it.
  5. <removed inappropriate section of post,I'm sure you can think of a better way to argue than through personal attacks ~ Jimmy_Jim> Do you really think muslims (not all of them obviously) aren't the only people who want to wear it? [Edit] Sorry, that's something my friends and I say to each other without thinking about it much. Have you ever even moved? I've changed countries four times in my life, and I'm not talking about tourism. It's an enormous pain in the ass. Except that was for work, my family had a valid reason to do it. Imagine being forced to exile yourself because the way you dress is weird, unless you start dressing in a way that is basically equivalent to not wearing anything for you and I. I've seen women covered from head to toe in the bus, and I thought "wow, that's a little strange" but I carried on with my life and I was fine. Of course every country is allowed to have its own laws. That doesn't make anything right, and it doesn't mean it shouldn't be criticized. We're better off crushing laws like these than waiting for the accumulation of them to eat the country from its foundations. Their motto is "freedom, equality, brotherhood". This law goes against all of them. It's so simple to say "Whatever, they'll [bleep] up and know they made a mistake later" when you're not the one whose fundamental rights are being violated. It's not like the non-muslims will think "man, not having those niqabs really sucks now that I think about it". It's the 1,900 women who will take all the impact.
  6. Yeah, let's take a cue from the Middle East and start applying the same logic. Actually, no, let's not. They're not doing all that well. They have different values. We can't go into other countries telling them what's right and wrong, and we can't tell people who were socialized in those countries to follow our values. How would you feel if you moved to another country, and they passed a law imposing nudism for security reasons? Would that make you uncomfortable? It would go against everything you've been taught. And it would be unjust, because there's nothing really harmful about being clothed, save for that mild security concernbut really, being in the nude wouldn't stop you from committing a crime if you really wanted to, you'd just find another way to commit it. We should legislate against what is harmful, not what is abnormal or strange.
  7. Hardstyle is [cabbage]ty too. It's unoriginal music made by people who use the same presets from the same plugins. I hate most pop and I still have fun at dances.

What's up with the sudden ego? Settle down or it might burst.

You know, just in case the title and the OP aren't clear enough about what this thread is about.

    Gladiators were men, not women.

There was a Gladiator trend this summer, for guys. Not a fan, personally. On girls or guys.

Baths - Cerulean (Chillwave) Toe - The Book About my Idle Plot on a Vague Anxiety Socalled - Ghettoblaster When I skate to Cerulean on my way to school, even if it's cold or wet, it feels like summer. I end up doing some type of dancing on my board.
  13. I met a girl, I'm sort of into her, I guess. It's something I'd definitely try. She's a year older and I've never heard of someone in our school dating a girl in the above grade, so I get to be first. She's quite cocky, but so far I've been able to deal with that pretty well. Crossing my fingers.

I think it could also offer an alternative to pedophiles than to encourage them to commit crimes. Simply throwing the statement that it could encourage crime out there without any analysis to back it up doesn't work. You have to remember that a pedophile isn't necessarily a mean, vicious person. The very same way someone who loves bondage, feet or people of the same sex. They don't choose what they're attracted to, obviously. I don't think our morals should be based on what our social conditioning tells us is weird or normal, and therefore I don't have a problem with loli. Also, lol dungeonal.

Check Zara's online store (yes they have an online store now). I can't guarantee they'll do much to warm you up though. And if their shoes are anything to go by, they'll be trash within a year.

If it was that simple, no one would be having this discussion. That went over your head. Did it? What did I miss?

Remember, white is bigger. If you go with a white tux (very daring), make sure it fits properly. Same with the black tux, but black will always look slimmer. I'd go with a black tux with something a little special. A satin shawl collar for example. Don't look like an attention [bleep]. Shiny, sports coats were originally meant for hunting. They're made of tweed, corduroy, etc. They may have elbow patches. They're not formal.

A black blazer I assume? Or an actual sports coat? And how formal is this?

    This must be a troll.
