No it isnt. Alot of people buy raw to train there cooking, while alot of people buy cooked incase they GWD or something. So NO. who uses tuna and swordfish for gwd... they heal 10,14

you wear supposed to wear full yak hide + fremmy shield the yellowish one He can use ice spells, throw rocks, and melee you, though he appears to favour throwing rocks (ranging).
