    i also have the same setup with flax prices going to drop any time now i dont want to be near it in around 3 days i got 11 tree seed nests and 5 ring nests the tree seeds totaled 250k for 3 days although i got pretty lucky

    id at advise 70 range ranging before you go to aviansies and you could profit by picking up hides and banking hides are 143 ea? moss,hill,fire, giants /ogres are good moss have nice ranarr seed drops

    vial=68gp vial of water=80gp runes:1 astral,3 water,1 fire astral:156 water:16 fire:9 if you use a water staff itll be a profit of 156 per cast if you use steam itll be a profit of 177 per cast

    good plan here, one clue scroll is not worth 3+ quests i had that problem too but you will get that same clue again there is like 5 elf land clues

    alching them gains you like 160gp if you find them alching them as a junk item meaning you paid for it you loss money it would be good magic exp but not good money while i can lend my sgs and get the pure 314gp each
