With his 93 range and 65 prayer he will have enough prayer to kill Dharok Karil and mabye 1/4-1/2 of ahrim. Just wear dhide use reamaining prayer and kill ahrim it will be easy. Slayer Dart is a classic i reccomend you bring that because its ftw Ahrim hits harder than Karil, it doesn't make sense to try to tank him when you pray on Karil.
