That may get you a few levels, but it's better to collect a load of them and then use them up in one go. I had 2k crimsons, 200 blues and many greens and golds when I used mine, it got me from 40 to 68 in one go.

BGS is alot slower than SS, but if your willing to take the xp difference, which will be alot, then BGS is for you. :thumbup:

Yep, you can bring noted food and cash so that when you run out of food, just to the first floor of lighthouse and sell your food and buy it back, never have to leave unless your food runs out or barrows armour degrades.

Always train slayer wherever possible, or you'll regret being very high combat with low slayer. ;)

Saradomin Sword is currently the fastest strength training weapon, so that's a yes. May want to buy a Bandos Godsword as it is quite cheap and better spec than zammy. SGS costs abit much, your choice. After you've achieved your strength goal you can sell it back for probably a little to no loss. SS + BGS = 25.5M (est.) So that leaves around 20M to keep or spend on armour, maybe bandos chestplate and tassets?

Only really worth obtaining for the skills that cost alot, i.e. smithing, crafting, construction...
