  1. Thanks for supporting the thread, and due to popular demand I started work on the new stat menu a little sooner than I planned. Writen, produced, and directed by Sir_Erderik. Tiver50 is proud to present "New stat menu: Tale of skills": An instant classic... Patent pending, all rights are mine, not a mimes.
  2. Onyx heals 20% of your hp when you fall below 25% of your max hp. Example: you have 20hp, your hp's fall to 4, you are healed 2 hp. This effect would only work when fighting slayer targets so you can't be healed in PvP. And yes, you can put the slayer gem in all masks. Isn't the 20% of 20 4? Yes... I was young and poor, I had never seen a % sign before, and I was very tired. You never stated if you support or not, please do so.
  3. I am making this thread to suggest and discuss future graphical updates JaGEx could do once they finish with there monster/world makeovers. For starters I have taken the liberty to create a new Health bar in paint: The one on the left is the one I made, the right is the current one. Which do you think is better? Here is an in game shot of what it would look like: Next I suggest that they totally redo the statistics page with the new, smoother, graphics style. Heres a picture im currently working on finishing, but here is basically what it is: After this, I suggest a revamp of the other menu's with the smoother graphics. Finaly I suggest "Skill makeovers", where JaGEx takes an entire skill and updates the graphics. (example: Woodcutting, JaGEx updates all the trees, axes, and other woodcutting things.) I feel this is not the right type of suggest to keep a supporters list for, so I won't. If you want to add anything to this feel free. I will try to update this when I get more pictures made and I get more ideas.

  5. Thanks for the support again. I edited the onyx effect so it heals 20% of your max hp. I do not think the gem effects should stack because that would be immensely overpowered. Also I do not feel the onyx mask would be overpowered. Think of it like this, you pay 300k tokkul or 4m gp, then another 1.5m gp on an item that requires 75 slayer, would you want it to give anything less than its bonuses now?
  6. Thanks for all the support again, I'm thinking of a possible use for the semi-precious gems right now. If anyone can help me think of a use It would be appreciated. Also if you have an idea for another use for any of the other gems, you can post that too.
  7. I really like the new creation page you made (or whoever made it), as long as you keep the existing colors with the new ones, I support.
  8. If you havn't noticed I have updated the levels and how you keep it if you die. Thanks for the support everyone and treat this as a bump.
  9. I see your point with the dieing thing, and the level requirments. I'll try to work something out.
  10. Thanks for supporting, I'll add you up on the counter.
  11. Ya, I've wanted this feature for a long time. Just think, they could even make a new quest... "Height of the Macro" *Ba dum-tish* Hehe, sorry for the pun. I support though.
  12. Got the idea when I noticed there were 2 indents or darker spots on the slayer masks upper part. The idea is to take gems, and a certain ammount of gp (explained later) to any slayer master and pay him to stick the gem in the slayer mask, which you can then enchant. The new mask requires a specific slayer level depending on what gem you put into it. Level 30 slayer; slayer gem: Bring your mask, 5k gp, and a slayer gem to any slayer master to have him install the gem into your mask, you can then operate the mask to give you the normal gem options. _100k shop price_ (determines when you keep it) Level 35 slayer; saphire: Adds 5% to all defences and gives +1 prayer bonus to the mask. Gives a 1% accuracy bonus to range/mage. (costs 20k to add to mask) _150k shop price_ Level 41 slayer; emerald: Gives another 2 charges to mask, allows you to recharge the mask, gives immunity to poison from slayer targets. (costs 25k to add to mask) _250k shop price_ Level 48 slayer; ruby: Adds +3% strength and attack bonus to mask, gives immunity to disease. (costs 30k to add to mask) Gives a 2% accuracy bonus to range/mage against slayer targets. _400k shop price_ Level 56 slayer; diamond: Acts as a facemask and earmuffs against dust devils and banshees. Gives +3% to strength and attack. Works as a ring of life. (costs 35k to add to mask) Gives a 10% damage/accuracy bonus to range/mage(any mage spell gets a 10% higher max) _600k shop price_ Level 65 slayer; dragonstone: Adds another +5% strength and attack bonus to the mask, allows to restore the charges on the mask, boosts max charge limit by 4. Gives a 15% damage/accuracy bonus to range/mage against slayer target. (costs 50k to add to mask) _850k shop price_ Level 75 slayer; onyx: Gives 10% more slayer exp per kill when worn, doubles charge limit on mask, allows to recharge mask, charges also heal you for 20% of your max hp when you fall below 25% of your max hp. Allows wearer to teleport to any slayer master through inventory right click option, has 20 teleport charges then requires 10k gp to recharge the teleportation. Gives 20% damage/accuracy bonus to range/mage against slayer target. (costs 150k to add to mask) _1.2m shop price_ Here is a picture I made of the gems in the mask. The top pictures are of the inventory view, the bottom is ingame view. Here is a picture I made of an actual In-Game view: You can pay the slayer master an extra 5k to change the gem inserted into the mask. You must have a slayer gem inserted into the mask before you can have any other gems inserted. You can buy a gem replacement kit from a slayer master for 60k; the gem replacement kit allows you to change the gem in the mask (just the top one) for free, this comes in handy for different tasks (example: You had a poisonous slayer task, now you have dust devils, you can change from emerald to diamond on your own) Feel free to add to these and post your own ideas. I could not think of any use's for the opal, jade, or red topaz. ___ ___ ___ ___ Supporters:_20 ___ ___ ___ ___ If anyone know's how I can send this to jagex, please tell me how.

  19. To me, the forearm/hand/axe handle seem to big. Not to familiar with sprites so I can't really tell you much C/C. I do, however, know some Paint tricks that you might like to use (If you don't know them already). Use a selection tool and select the sprite or anything you want and hold Ctrl and press the '+' or '-' key on the numeric keypad. It increases/decreases the size but doesn't really distort the picture. You can change the size of brushes, the pencil tool, and the eraser to be bigger and smaller than the ones in the little box by using the same Ctrl +/- thing. You can also make custom brushes in paint. Make the brush type you want, say a pentagon. Select the pentagon and turn transparency on, hold in shift and drag the selection around, it works like a brush. You can also do a quick copy-paste using this. Select the image, hold shift and move the image a few pixels in any direction, release shift and you have the copied image to move around.
  20. Wow you're the most pathetic person I have seen on this forum, not everybody is an insipid stain on this earth like you Kashi. With an opinion like that you must be some kind of degenerate. As seen by your previous posts your opinion is diluted by anger felt towards other people that you know nothing about. So, because he believes in Hitlers motives (somewhat) It gives you the right to insult him like that? Do you even know what Hitlers base motives were? To weed out the "insignificant" races, and create the master race, which he believed were the surviving ancestors of Atlantians. He believed the most likely spot for these people was in Tebet or some other Himmilayan country. (forgot which) That is also the root of the swastika I believe. Here is a site going into more detail about all this stuff. On topic, I think it is wrong that they have banned the swastika, as it is a symbol, that originated in an entirely different part of the world, that they do not own in any way. What next, changin the name of the U.S presidential Secret Servise to the Stealthy Agency of Presidential Protection Because its abreviation/initials are SS? Edit: Here is some stuff about the swastika. The swastika is one of mankind's oldest symbols, and apart from the cross and the circle, probably the most widely distributed. It is shown on pottery fragments from Greece dating back to the eighth century BC. It was used in ancient Egypt, India and China. The Navaho indians of North America have a traditional swastika pattern. Arab-Islamic sorcerers used it. In more recent times, it was incorporated in the flags of certain baltic states. The idea for the use of the swastika by the Nazis came from a dentist named Dr. Friedrich Krohn who was a member of the secret Germanen order. Krohn produced the design for the actual form in which the Nazis came to use the symbol, that is reversed, spinning in an anti-clockwise direction. As a solar symbol, the swastika is properly thought of as spinning, and the Buddhists have always believed the symbol attracted luck. The Sanskrit word "svastika" means good fortune and well being. According to Cabbalistic lore and occult theory, chaotic force can be evoked by revers- ing the symbol. And so the symbol appeared as the flag of Nazi Germany and the insignia of the Nazi party, an indication for those who had eyes to see, as to the occult nature of the Third Reich.
  21. I'll try the series idea out later, thanks for the transparency. :D
  22. Thanks Mistubishi for the transparency, and everyone else for the C/C. Reading all the comments, I made a Version 3 of the sig, I think it's the best so far.
  23. It is inevitable. No matter what we do, we can't stop it. We can slow it down, or speed it up, but we can't stop it. It's a shame though, how we sped up that process of extinction. It can take years to create the most beutiful and grand building, or paint the perfect picture. Yet it can all be destroyed in an instant. Mankind was not meant to create, it was meant to destroy. What that is saying, is that it took the Earth how many eons to create the things we have on earth now, but in the last 100 years, how we have deluted what it has made. In a way it is good, as it allows change... [hide=Global Warming, my views.] What I see global warming as, is the Earth pressing the "reset" button. Look at all the things happening now, scientists saying yellowstone is a supervolcano and could erupt anyday, as it is overdue. Theres a 1:20,000 chance of an asteroid (1 mile or bigger in diameter) hitting the Earth every time you wake up, and the odds are getting smaller. So yes, it is in some way reseting itself, wiping the slate clean of the clutter it has accumulated. With the rate things are going, I think the Mayan's were right about 2012... [/hide]
