Light blue - Dark blue gradiant from the top left, some white dots, a twist, and tile refraction. Simple but it looks pretty nice. I like the center tile.

THe image hosting site that's in TIp.IT shows it as a jpeg. Click on it to see the PNG. It's still not PNG, its BMP, I guess some sites convert the BMP image to JPG. I personally use TinyPic to upload all my stuff, but it still makes BMP into JPG. Its really random, just remember to save as .Gif or .Png from now on. Now for C/C, work on the background some more, shade the penguins hat, and change the feet. Make the stick on the lolly-pop thing bigger and more of a brownish, wood color.

Armored and shaded his left leg. Added more details to the sword (hilt mainly). Made the lighting a little better.

Small update, but an update none the less. Little linework done on the main armor. Fixed the hand gaurd of the pistol, added my new avatar. I really need to work on this more.

Ya, pretty funny. You should try to get rid of the "click here to view full size image" thing, because its more of a hinderance. I'll look for work of yours in the future. Edit: You should add a bull (red of course) charging off the end of the cliff screaming "NOO!!!

You are a very random person. It looks better with the tan/orange background. Mabey add a little more grass.

He might have added all the items on the ground, but I think your right. 11 things dropped and 11 inventory spaces opened. Its a good idea, but you didn't change much.

The cliff face on your new Wip looks wierd, kinda like fingers. Might want to experiment with different styles for the cliff. The girls left hand looks kinda wierd to me too. Grass looks nice, tree too. Like to see it when its finished.

Photo's kinda blurry. But its always brighter under the rainbow. Besides it being brighter under the rainbow, did you change anything else?

The characters are graphics cut out from runescape, and pasted in. Just shows how long I've been away from the game then, eh? Didn't recognise them in the slightest as RS characters, though I did wonder about the odd 'pixelling' when I zoomed in. X_X My mistake, thanks for correcting me. In that case, it seems you haven't done much in this sig at all, I'm afraid. The bricks, edited as they are, still look really flat and un-bricklike. They look a little better than in the original version, though. Question: is the wall supposed to be run down? Is that why there's a hole in the wall? If that's the case, wouldn't the edges of the wall (where it looks half completed) be broken-ish as well? (just throwing my thoughts out there :|) Thank you for taking the effort of repixelling the RS screenshots, though. The text is still hard to read - the letters aren't defined enough as individual letters... unless that's just my eyes acting up. Ya, after redoing the wall, I decided to make it look older and kind of beaten up, never thought of the brick edges. As for the text, I originally intended it to be unreadable (look at the very first version, undone). After changing the text, I kept the same sizes and the text got that size. It says: Founded by Arrav. City of Heros. City of Legends.

I think the new varrock fountain is just to small. The previous fountains were grand and big, the new one has walkways, a couple statues, and tiny little pools of water with straws. I propose JaGEx makes the fountain bigger (one game square bigger on all sides), have more water spouts, and other fine touches. The crossways should be replaced with bridges, the water of the fountain should go underneath the bridges and surround the entire fountain. The statues on it should be bigger, there should be 2 spouts on the bottom of the fountains instead of one. The spouts should be bigger. there should be a little roof or arch structure ontop of the statues, ontop of the arch should be a large fountain that rains down all around it, and has water trickle down the statues. 1/10 I'm not usually mean, but unless you planned for that look its really bad. Even if you planned it like that, it could be way better. Bad anatomy, wrong weapon shapes (Ancient staff has a grey staff, its not pure purple! Why do people keep doing the entire thing as purple...), bad skin color, other clothing shapes are wrong (hat and boots). Take some time to practice, and get a ruler or something for lines.

Lol, the last one has a little tie on his antenna-ball thing. Never heard of Poog's before, they look pretty cool.

I made the sword longer on my drawing, didn't scan it up though. The reason his shoulders look like that is because he's relaxed (Like posing for a painting, in really heavy armor.)

Hmm, for the pie crust make it look floofy-er, heres a quick edit I made. Make the actual pie look more 3D, a bulge in the middle or something. Get rid of the black lines with a darker version of the colors around it. As for the tile, i put a little picture in with the pie to show you some basic stuff.
