And they would have gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for that meddling Hedgehog! Minnie, by Sleigh Bells. Been loving these guys of late, those sweet guitars with her voice. Bonza.

New NIN, lads. It's bangin', as always. New Royal Blood was moist as, a bit same-y in hindsight, but I still loved it. New Flight Facilities is most excellent too. Likely won't get an album for what feels like twenty years, in classic FF fashion, but this'll tide me over for now, and lord knows Triple J will run it into the ground. Also this track is flamin' excellent too. Also while stuffing around while posting this I just discovered my boys Ideamen are dropping a new album the same day as my main boys QOTSA. I'm super surprised (Especially since I haven't thought of them proper for a while) and super psyched. Also the man took away my signature, so I changed it and my avatar because it's been like four years since I've did that and I'm feeling crazy.

Don't mind me, just posting the first track from AOTY 2017.

What Game(s) Did You Last Get and What Are You Playing?
Dax replied to runescapeloser22's topic in Off-Topic
Because it's 2017 and no game has local multiplayer any more, I bought two new PS2 controllers so I could play old PS2 games with my mates and my brother. So I decided to delve into my PS2 backlog while I had it set up, first on the chopping block, Burnout Revenge. I dismissed it when we first got it because it wasn't exactly the same as Burnout 3, so I didn't really like it for whatever dumb child reason. Now I've come back to it and it's awesome, because it's still pretty damn similar. And who doesn't love a good Burnout game. -
That was always a highlight of learning Shakespeare during school. We'd get down to the big smoke to see the play we were studying. Saw King Lear one year (My personal favourite Shakespeare) and Hamlet the next. Hamlet was neat-o because they had a chick play Hamlet himself. Minor, but interesting change. Horatio was a sheila too, but that had less of an impact. Now I've got more life experience behind me, I'd love to go see another play. Can't get overly keen for plays when you have to make fun of them with your mates outside of the classroom.

It's a pain, but worth it for sick beats. I forgot about this thread. So, a catch up. I can't go see QOTSA and I'm over it now. As for music: Kendrick's new one was hectic. Though everything now has to stand against TPAB, and nothing's gonna beat that. I listened to Havok's Conformicide. I'd never heard of them, but Antoine Fantoine rated them, so I gave it a spin and I was pretty happy with the result. I listened to Mastodon's Emperor of Sand, and didn't have much to say because I've never really gotten into Mastodon. I liked it, though. Next was Gorillaz Humanz. I was happy with it, despite what I've seen said elsewhere. Weird that my favourite track from the album is a 'bonus track'. That seems to happen a lot. BUT, most importantly. I've got a new AOTY, and it's goddamn amazing, or at least I think so. Smith Street Band's More Scared of You Than You Are of Me is just something else. I honestly actually started to tear up when I first listened to this track. Like, dude, I don't even know. But that's a thing that happened and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

When my mates and I first found Reddit, I remember they blasted me for using it to solely to look at pictures. I very rarely if ever delve into the comments for Muggi's reasons. I have no idea what the defaults are these days, but I've left pretty well all of them and tracked down smaller subs that are less garbage. If I do find myself in the big ones, like AskReddit and the like, I hide child comments. It makes it bearable, and hides most of the dumb inside jokes I've heard a million times.

Nah, Either Dax or Goon did a 30-40 post multipost back in the LOTPW days. Back when you could spam click while your internet hung and post as fast as you could click basically. Sadly, that bug has been fixed now. Edit: Thinking about it, it may have been 30-40 pages... 2 pages just doesn't seem very impressive, honestly. I tried to track it down, couldn't find either. I might have done 30/40 posts, but I think Goon beat my record and did do 30/40 pages. Good times, good times.

Hey, it worked! QOTSA's doing Splendour, which means they might do sideshows, which means I get to go see QOTSA again. I'm so excited for something that might not happen. Another entry in the 'Dax wants to see QOTSA' saga. Sideshows have been confirmed, album has been essentially confirmed. The Sydney sideshow is within a sensible distance to my sister's and/or my sister's boyfriend's joints, so accommodation is sorted. Only need to get time off, and we're golden. I'm so excited. These are the moments I live for.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_SX7WQTQBZ8 Currently giving new Jamiroquai a listen. Hello, old friend, it's wonderful to see you again.

Next new Kendrick track. I can see it growing on me. Definitely excited. New Kendrick, new Gorillaz, maaaybe new QOTSA. After a weak-ish start for music, 2017's gon' be siiick.

I rated it, but it was no revelation like listening to King Kunta was. I'm definitely excited. I'm more excited for a new Gorillaz album. I'm not crazy about the feature's autotune vocals, but the rest of this track is sick.

Soothsayer, by Buckethead. I've heard very little of his material, but I've been loving this.

Let's Hug Longer, by Heaps Good Friends. My current musical obsession. Owing to the brilliance of the lyric 'Right now's a heaps good time to/kiss me on my face.'

AOE2 HD is a good game. True not worth buying if you have the original already since voobly provides an online service for it still. But if your getting the expansions for HD its pretty fun I visited my parents this weekend and my mom found my AoE 2 case, but the disk wasn't in it My condolences.

What Game(s) Did You Last Get and What Are You Playing?

Got Zelda a little later than planned, about an hour and a half in so far, and it's excellent. For someone coming in blind, it's a great game. Shame I've got to work and then I'm out of town for the weekend. Something to look forward to, though. -
Dear all bands that I like, Come to Australia. Love, Dax.
