How many Clan Officials will post on one war declaration? N/A for mine but I could care less how many officials post on one war declaration topic. How many pages do you think it should take to finish the declaration? Just 1. Take it to IRC boys, it's much easier. I don't have a problem with clan officials going back and forth on a topic, just it's more time consuming for the two clans. Is it hard to communicate when there are several officals [ wether from your clan or the others ] putting rules out? Officials from both parties should talk before hand and agree upon what they want. If they don't want to do that, then send in a solo official. Do the extra comments from others actually pressure the clans to accept rules faster? Not on a topic. Maybe if clan members are saying something in something like IRC, sure. But not on a topic. Is anything accomplished [ other than free post count ] When you rudely inturupt another clans declaration topic? Not really.

No more steel wars please. First three were alright, but it's a old idea and the clan world is too different now. You could never have a clean one like the last few ones have been. Clans like PH, NI, VR, DK, etc. would be all over it. Plus Zybez refuses to fight, so there's never going to be a true fight for us anyways. It'll be like the last time where no one but tipit was to be seen.

Does your clan have a Warlord? Of course What is the role of the Warlord? Get wars, lead wars, make sure clan members are prepared for fights, after fights - figure out what needs to be improved. In terms of power, is being a Warlord anywhere near close to being as powerful in your clan as a High Council member(or a rank equivalent)? Pretty close, yes. Traditionally, do you think the roles of a Warlord has ever changed in the past 5 years? Hardly. I haven't been around that long though.

Well sure. I totally despised it when I was a mod and TWR was probably half the activity. But we also only had two people that worked on the TWR, me and Dbz. You have to look at the quanity of staff that is here. We have a total of 10 clan staffies. You're comparing apples to oranges. Those who were kind enough to be a part of this rebuilding community are able to compare the levels of activity from the past to the present. As such, anyone with an ounce of wit can see the difference and conclude that the workload has increased substantially, in every aspect. I appreciate what constructive criticism has stemmed from this thread but these last few posts are rather one-sided and ignorant. What are you talking about? I acknowledged that the workload was nearly half of what it is today. But you have 5x more people for 2x the amount of work. You can call my constructive criticism ignorant but honestly, resorting to flamebaiting because you have nothing to back yourself up doesn't show too much intelligence.
