I just assume gas and everclear are synonymous. Public transport is shitty where I live, but if I got a job in center city or even Trenton I could probably live without a car for a while. But I've had a car for 5 years now and I can't imagine not being able to go wherever whenever.

Everclear is practically pure ethanol. It tastes like gasoline.

Almost bumped the real life advice thread, but i figure more people will see it here. I'm unemployed so to speak and my car will last me to the middle of 2015 if I'm lucky. I'm wondering what a better choice is: continuing to dip into my life savings only to survive, or buy myself a nice car and potentially delay moving out even further. I have about 10 grand I could spend on a new car, but I'd rather save that for if like my rent gets jacked randomly or something. I've never been without a significant financial security net of my own building (and even if that fails, I would still at least have a place to live) so spending everything I have before I have a "real" job just sounds terrifying to me. I intended to have found myself a nice "real" job by now but it turns out no one likes my resume or something. I plan on riding my car out until it inevitably dies completely. But I'm having trouble deciding if I want a nice car or a place of my own (especially after being offered a reasonable place not far from my house in March). What questions should I be asking myself to figure this out?

Me and Everclear still aren't really on speaking terms.

I woke up the other morning and asked myself "How much a douche can I look like in one outting" My buddy proceeded to take a well timed photo. It was avatar worthy
  6. I drink because I enjoy it. Is that so wrong? As for etiquette Horatio, don't hit your limit as fast as you can. Learn to pace yourself to keep a steady level of "this is awesome" through out your night. People who chug liquor are generally trying to get as [bleep]ed up as fast as they can, which doesn't really put you in the best light. No one likes being the kid that pukes. No one likes taking care of the kid that pukes. If you can handle downing a half bottle of vodka to start off, then by all means sure go head. But it's more socially acceptable be at least on the same level as those around you. My old method was liquor and shots until I hit a limit then switch to "coast" mode with lite beers.

Put it in latex or she gets half your pay checks Today I spent mostly all of in bed. But not alone, so it was far less sad than when I previously post about doing this

Your self seems quite gullible. Did you manage to convince it that you did not drink? :POh I definitely drank haha. Mixing tequila and beer feels about as bad as it sounds #killme

Last nightb I told myself I wouldn't drink. I was handed a beer. Then a double shot of vodka. And then a tequila shot. Then a second beer. And by the time I was half way through beer #2 I filled the bottle back up with tequila. But I told myself I wasn't going to drink. Funny how life works

I'm usually an emotional wreck the last 2-3 weeks of December. This is the first year I can remember where I actually feel pretty good (Id feel even better if my friends decided where our NYE party is going to be) I get laid off again in like a week BUT I also have a date tomorrow, I'm in the process of getting my Philadelphia Parking Authority Certification and I'm getting ready to get my HRM-CP in the next few months. All of these big boy life choices coming soon makes me really appreciate my aimless 20's approach to 2014. I went to Vegas, saw damn near all of my friends and never had to say no to anything I wanted to say yes to. Total freedom. It was a good year.

    Will you be my gf?
  13. Everything in this post is good advice. It may do some good to repeat it every 50 pages or so haha. Drunk touching can be as easy as gaining balance. But I can also attest to touch = good date. No physical contact = no further physical attraction. Body language is everything. I'm about to have to break all this down to a buddy of mine tonight again. Poor guy literally made a status "I need help learning how to flirt" on facebook the other night and got rattled with all these attractive female friends he's made over the years. I shall invoke the voice of Muggiw tonight.
  14. The 12oz chug method is barbaric

I saw a link on Facebook that I didnt click on that claimed if Sony raises enough money through voluntary donations, they'll release it for digital download. I'm frustrated how many people aren't considering this is all just a hoax. If even so much as seen people say "I didnt want to see this movie that bad, but seeing all this controversy I really want to". Word for word. God people are chumps.

Thats the point. $5 this is all a marketing ploy to slay in DVD sales

True dat. I love reddit, but I loved it more ~3 years ago. Now every meme and joke is beaten senselessly into submissive mediocrity.

Yeah Jagex really shit the bed when appealing to the next generation during the 2008 era. Never recovered. There were casualties.
