    Today...

    I'm going to New York tomorrow for roughly a week. I'm doing a summer program at Pace University. It should be really fun.
  7. Pushups on your knees. You can do them when you can't do any more regular pushups, or if you just dont have the strength to do regular pushups.
  8. Well, they work completely different parts of the body. You could work your way up with pushups and supplement the rest with situps or squats or something similar. If you can't do a regular push up, do however many girl pushups you can do, and if you dont make it to 20 do the rest in sit ups or squats. Then just keep trying to do more and more each time until you can end up doing all of whatever you want. I have been switching between 10 pushups and 20 crunches for each post. Yay, pushups this time.

    I have seen this one some other forums I browse. Everyone time you post you do 10 of an exercise or exercises. Most people I have seen do 10 pushups or 10 pushups and situps per post. Obviously you would want to change the type you do every so often, probably every week or so. I know I will be doing this, even if it doesn't do much, just to get active and make myself do something instead of sitting for hours on end. I was just curious if anyone else does this/is willing to do this, and what peoples thoughts on the effectiveness and whatnot of the idea. Well there's 10 for me.
